Friendly staff and manicure lasted longer than most. You have to make an appointment and be there on time. I have had last minute changes (due to work and kids) and they are ok but they remind you when you get there. So as long as your are punctual you are good to go! -as a recurring customer they even gave me a Christmas gift (small hand lotion)- :)
Wow, I am shocked. All these great reviews for such a horrible business. Goes to show how persuasive they must be when forcing people to write a good review for them. And who knows, they may even get it right here and there. I am speaking for my wife, who came back crying from the shop. The nail tech forcibly painted over her previous gel nails after several attempts by my wife asking her to remove them before painting. The male owner via intimidation, made a huge scene in front of everyone and heckled her for booking a regular manicure instead of a gel manicure due to the "time constraint". The owner himself had told my wife not remove the previous gel nails but began complaining as my wife entered the salon. The tech recommended she get a gel manicure as soon as she sat in the chair. So my wife agreed. Needless to say her nails look horrible. (I could've done a better job on her nails and I am 30 year old man who has never painted nails in my life) The picture should explain itself. These were the main issues with the experience she had there, but there was so much more. I urge you to avoid this place unless you care to be attacked by everyone working at the salon.
I have been coming to this salon for nearly two years. It is difficult to find a good nail salon, but once you find one, you stick with it. I typically go once every two weeks for a Color Gel Mani and once every 3-4 weeks for a pedicure. They have A LOT of Essie and OPI color gel choices that match regular nail polish (for your toes). Their techs are super clean, neat, and fastidious about their work. I get my color gel manis from David (the owner), but used to go to Kim (she's not there anymore). My second favorite person to go to for a color gel mani is Jaime (David's wife). I like that they don't scrape off your gel or soak your nails in a bowl of acetone. Rather, they delicately shear off the top layer so that only the base remains. My nails have remained so healthy (I've had color gels for nearly 5 years). Last summer I slammed my nail in the garage door and I legit credit my color gel mani for keeping my nail so strong IT DID NOT FALL OFF Any of the other nail techs are GREAT for pedicures. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone. Try to make an appointment ahead of time if you're going to come on a Friday or Mon-Wed after 5pm.
I have been looking for a new nail salon because I always felt like I was being rushed at the old salon and they are not friendly at all -- the workers are miserable. I found this place through Yelp and every positive reviews I read on here are accurate. Kim did my nails -- not only she is very patient but friendly and professional. As you can see, she did a great job doing my nails with a request of mixture of three nail colors!
Couldn't wait for my nails to dry so I could write a review!! I was stressing so hard trying to find a new nail salon. My previous spot was taken over by new management and my former technician left for NY. I had a hard time finding a Yelp review that I was comfortable with, but finally decided on Divine Nails. So happy that I did! I decided to make an appointment as to not have any delay when I arrived. Showed up a few minutes before and was seated right away. My technician was David! He was friendly, gave me a lesson on acrylic vs. gel, which I appreciated. Going forward, I now have the knowledge to choose a better service, which will be gel fill in. He offered tons of information, which I've never experienced before... And I've been getting my nails done for a loooong time. The salon is clean, polish selection is extensive and prices are comparable. A little higher than my previous salon, but the product is better quality, so I don't mind. My nails have never looked better. All the same length, Polish is even and they look so natural. Even got a hand massage! Very excited to have found a new salon and technician on my first shot! Don't waste your time reading all of the terrible reviews for other salons, just try Divine. You won't be disappointed!!
4/14/16 Update: David did it again! Great work! Love this place. David and his wife do excellent work. I have a few nails which have been affected by nail psoriasis and David was able to give me pretty hands again. They're thorough, considerate of your time, and CLEAN!
I've never cried after getting my nails in the 17 years I've gotten them done. As soon as I walked in, I was asked to pick my color. I must have stood by the wall looking at colors for about 2 min before the lady who did my nails came up to me and said "I'm ready"... the issue here was that I wasn't ready bc I didn't choose my colors as yet. Fine- I sat in the pedicure chair and she started doing her thing. Another min after, another lady came up and said "can I start your manicure?" I was confused but agreed and said "sure". I must have told her four times that I had hard sculpted gel nails on and that I wanted them completely removed before having a manicure. While making the appointment I told the man that I had these nails and he was very clear and told me not to remove them since it will cause more damage to my nail. I mentioned that I already took off more than half of them already- so he said "ok we will take them off". She then mentioned that gel mani would be better for my nails color they are brittle from the hard gel. So I said "ok". Fine, then my toes were done and she moved me to the manicure station. I again repeated that I wanted her to completely remove my sculpted nails so that when they are painted it won't look uneven. She shaped them and did whatever and as she brought out the UV light. I took one look at my nails and was completely shocked. They looked so bad and the shape was not what I wanted. So I asked her to make them a little shorter and shaped them down a little. She huffed and the man next to get got so roughy with me verbally and said "we don't have time to do this, you made and appointment for a mani pedi and now you want gel... we don't have time to do that because you want something different now." He then got annoyed and grunted while doing someone else's nails and the shop had almost six other people in it. I was completely shocked and unhappy already so I just said "that's okay, if you don't have the time, please do a regular mani" they agreed and when she went over to get the new nail polish- it wasn't the color I wanted. I was honestly too scared to say anything bc I was already compactly embarrassed in front of other customers so I let it be. She then said said "can you pay now?" I said of course and pulled out my card. She said it will be $45 bc of the time even though a regular mani pedi is $30. Okay great- a bad mani and $15 extra... awesome! As I was signing the receipt I noticed that there was no place to put a tip. Then I saw a sign saying that tip is only cash. OKAYYYYYYYY??? She then painted my nails with the color I didn't want and hello clumps and uneven nails bc she didn't remove the old half broken gel nails from before and thought it would be okay to half file them down. Then I sat there upset waiting for my nails to dry for over 30 min. I asked if I can tip on the card bc as a decent human I know that people work hard for their money and time. I tipped $10 extra on my card. The WORST experience I've ever had in my entire life. I got into the car and cried. My nails looked like an eight year old did them. I never thought I could do a better job than professionals. Since this is for a job interview- I will be removing the polish and reprinting them.
Wonderful nail salon with even more wonderful employees! Everyone is so kind and friendly. Very attentive to customers needs and really took their time with my nails. They came our wonderful! 10/10
Literally the best nail place I've ever been too and I'm not just saying that! I went there to get my acrylic nails soaked off and I was expecting the usually clip off but he took his time and filed it off, soaked it and was very, very gently. He explained everything to me and told how to treat my nails to get them in better shape. I was having a bad day so I decided to get my nails done and I felt so refreshed and so so happy after my visit! It is appointment only but if you call ahead and they aren't busy they will take you! Deff. try this place, it will change your life :)
I have been trying to figure out where to go since deciding I did not want to go back to my old shop (too many issues there.) After reading reviews on Yelp and the close distance near my home and work, I decided to try Divine Nails. Their add here says appointments only, but since it was @4pm on a Tuesday I thought I'd give it a try. Glad I did. They immediately saw my gel manicure was poorly done (less than two weeks) and promised theirs would last longer than two. At 24 hours later I am still happy. I was charged $35 for gel manicure; they have a deal M-W for mani/pedi or gel mani/pedi....I will take advantage of that next time.
Place is small but clean. I would have hoped for better cuticle cutting by dipping hands in some warm water. I was late by 15 mins for my appointment as I have just moved to NJ and apologised the moment I entered but I was reminded 3 times by 2 people that I was late. Kim who attended to me was very soft spoken and polite but has a very thick accent and had a hard time understanding my English.
Perfect place for inexpensive mani pedi. Kim did a wonderful job and paid attention to detail. Went back to prior painted nails to check and make sure they were perfect several times. Monday-Wednesday are cheaper than other days.
Pedicure was thorough and relaxing, employees are very nice, prices are ok (Mon - Wed it's $30 for mani pedi) but manicure was really not great. Polish chipped and peeled the very next day and is absolutely screwed up now. I'd say that was a waste of money. Really disappointed because it looked cute on day one. Unsure if it was the product quality or nail tech. Really thought I finally found a good place for a mani :(

Moved to the area and have tried 3-4 salons with good reviews and so far this is the only one I agree with the rating! It's a little cluttered inside but I promise you're in the right place. David was absolutely meticulous and you can tell he truly cares about his craft. I came in with crooked almond nails from another salon and he carefully shaped them perfectly how I wanted even and centered. He made sure none were lifting underneath for my gel fill and painted them perfectly (sides and tips were carefully covered with polish). A little longer than usual due to the re-shaping but absolutely worth it! A week later in this photo and they still look day one fresh! I will definitely be back! read more

I decided to try this nail salon out as I wanted a more affordable manicure/pedicure. From Monday to Wednesday they have a mani/pedis for $30, a great deal! They also have specials on their gel manicures. This nail salon is located on Tices Lane across from the Kohl's/Dick's/TJ Maxx shopping center. The parking lot is small, but there were plenty of spots available. This nail salon has been here for about 6 years. The salon is a bit outdated, but clean and comfortable. I was greeted upon entering the salon and picked out my colors. Kim was my nail technician and she set me up for my pedicure first. She was professional, friendly, and did a great job on my toes and nails! The pedicure and manicures are top notch. I went for sheer polish with gold glitter details ($10 extra) and my own mint green color for my toes. I felt very relaxed and almost dozed off during my nail pampering. They also offer discounts when you pay with cash, a nice touch! I paid $39 ($40). I will definitely be back! Ask for Kim and be sure to make an appointment! They get pretty busy during the week. read more

The technicians are perfectionist! I went for a gel manicure and I couldn't be happier. I've been to other places and felt like I received a sloppy manicure. They took their time at Divine Nails and it was beautiful. I even picked a tough polish and there were no light spots. They have a huge assortment of colors. I can't wait to go back! read more

One of my nails broke after a few hours getting my nails done. Another one of my nails is so sharpe that I scratched myself. Would never ever go back. Also terrible attitude from the male manicurist if you are young and look soft&easy to humiliate read more
