I showed her what a horrific job she did and her response was she misunderstood what I asked idk how uneven hair is a miscommunication!! And proceeded to tell me she wasn't comfortable giving me a full refund?? I'm not comfortable leaving my house with this janky hair job!! She took no accountability for the horrible job she did.
