Alyssa took time to share her experience before joining the practice and while she's been working with them. She answered all my questions and calmed all my fears. She explained there was a doctor on site at all times in case his expertise was needed or if there was a complication. She took photos of my face and explained exactly how the procedure would work. My consultation eased my worries as I was allowed to as any and all questions I wanted to and the consultant was awesome. From my doctor to the nurses, front desk and consultant were professional, kind and friendly. The surgery went fine and I am now two weeks post procedure. I have a way to go yet to see the final results but what I can see so far makes me very happy. the surgery is not pain free but it is also very tolerable and does not take all that long. I had three areas done and felt like the whole experience went by quickly. There is post op pain, swelling and bruising but that is what you can expect from this type of procedure. If you are realistic going in you will be fine. I was a registered nurse and I never saw or experienced anything that made me uncomfortable. I would recommend Sono Bello to others.
