Dr Perez and her team have seen my wife and I for over a year, and we couldn't be happier with their constant cheer and fantastic results. They do so much more than just spinal issues. I own a window cleaning business and have a lot of overuse/repetitive movement muscle issues that need regular maintenance. My forearms and shoulders get locked up over time, but a quick visit to Dr P's office, and I've got pain relief and my range of motion back! Come to think of it, I remember that I used to have chronic tendinitis/golfer's elbow, but that's been 100% clear since shortly after I started regular visits. They have been able to provide solutions that no doctor, medication, or even physical therapy regimen has been able to in all the years I've had problems with my arms and shoulders. I would never recommend this place to anyone! They don't give clear clarifications on their prices, it says that you can get a small IV bag for $50 and a large one for $75 and add additional vitamins at the given price. I've been doing just that for the past 10 visits and now they said that I misunderstood and that you have to purchase a $100-200 small bag with predetermined vitamins and anything else is additional! That is ridiculous! These people are money hungry and are NOT here to help you! Then the weird Perez lady started arguing with me while I was speaking to someone else because she overheard me saying that those prices were too high for me and I don't want to add any additional vitamin, that I would only do the $100 package that was listed and when I tried to explain to her that I've been doing the IV bag and an additional vitamin, she kept rudely cutting me off and and refused to give me the service that I had an appointment for because she claimed I didn't want to pay their prices which was not what I said, I just said paying for the additional vitamin was too expensive for me and that I would just do the $100 bag. She was putting words in my mouth and I'm happy to leave because the man who does the IV is clearly not experienced because it takes him over 30min to get the damn needle in your vain! Don't waste your time going here! I've wasted so much money and time myself but never again! I will go to a professional and experienced medical place instead! ALSO, I don't trust their chiropractic services because they will put a numbing cream such as bio freeze on your back first before they do their fake adjustments so that you leave out there not feeling the pain but they don't actually help you and that's how they keep you coming back because you will have continuous pains and aches that you originally had. Perez Family Chiropractic is such a warm breath of fresh air compared to other chiropractic offices I have been too. They actually take their time with each and every patient and are so genuine. They care about their patients and strive to make you feel better physically and mentally. Each doctor has a special way of adjusting and treatment for each patient but what is consistent with each and every single one of them is their positive energy, kind soul, and passion to heal and make you feel better then when you walked in. I cant believe I always leave this place feeling 10x better! They offer so many options in one place. Today I had my allergies flaring up, ears were clogged the whole bit. Did acupuncture and walked out feeling great! Other times when I go in for adjustments they always seem to know what to do to remedy my pain. All without drugs. I had a first appointment for back/shoulder pain. When checking in, I was very surprised to see that none of the staff or other clients were wearing masks. This was unusual considering we are in the middle of a pandemic and this is a medical type office. I asked a staff member about the lack of masks and she said it was up to the clients if they wanted to wear them and that they had a hepa filter. I felt very unsafe and decided to leave. A hepa filter would not be enough protection if one of the staff or other clients had covid. read more

Watch you bill. They add additional fees feom thin air. First time they tokd me that they took my insurance but charged me $125 in addition and not covered by insurance just for being a new patient. Second time I was told in advance that I would have a $15 fee but when I checked out, they said it was $50 because therw was a $35 fee for reading my xrays. I did NOT have any XRAYS so nothing to read. This is so so sad because the place and people seem nic however I can not do business with unethical business. read more

the doctor was good but when I called and asked if they specifically accept my insurance I was told yes. I then came in and gave my card and nothing was said. After everything was done I was given a bill and when I said I had already met my deductible I was told they are out of network. Dr. Perez said "they accept my insurance out of network" which is clearly not the same and no one ever said anything prior to treatment so I can made an informed decision. I was give a price but then was billed almost 3 times as much as the original price. read more
