We bought a day pass - LOVED After my group arrived we started in the sauna for 39 minutes. Then we went into another room for LED Masks and Compressions. Next we did a foot detox and ended with hanging out in the large salt cave. The owner made us tea and gave us chocolates. There's no music playing it's very quiet. I wouldn't recommend more then two people go at a time as most rooms are centered around just two people. We had a great time and spent about four hours total here with the day pass.

The timer truly starts at your scheduled appointment. There are no showers. You'll have a eucalyptus towel to use afterwards. The sauna is big enough for two people sitting , one person lying down. Not sure of the cleaning process as it was set up when we arrived & we just left once our time was up. I've been to a few of these places across the country and they typically are more "spa like". You shower first and then begin your session. They have everything you need - ear plugs, towels, robes, pool noodles, ear drops, q-tips, contact cases, shampoo/conditioner, body wash and blow dryers. You shower again after your session and you can go relax in the Zen room with some tea or water. The friendly staff is there to support you every step of the way. I know there's a lifetime nearby too but it's so ridiculously overpriced and I don't use all the amenities to validate going there (having been a previous member). I love that wild horse is just a 6 minute drive from the house. It's usually the hardest part of going to workout - getting there, but it's so easy and there's always a parking spot open close to the door (since weather is in single digits!!) I'd say I go during odd hours since I have a hybrid work schedule. 11:30-2pm have 12+ people but it's never too crowded that I have to wait for a machine to be free (excluding today where everyone collectively decided to workout arms like me!) and 4-6p is when it gets a little busier, I bet due to people getting off work and wanting to get their workout in. Machines are clean as well as locker rooms. Towels are always available once you walk down to the floor or hit up the locker room to put your stuff away. There are cubbies where you can quickly stash your belongings as well. There are also jacket hooks in the locker room for colder seasons. The staff are all nice and friendly! The members are too! There's a wide array of machines for every muscle or variations of ones you've probably seen at other gyms. A ton of life fitness machines, free weights, cables, treadmills, ellipticals, stair masters, you name it, they've got it! Couples membership is around $130/month plus $100~ sign up fee Worth it to stay or get in the best shape of your life!

There are 8 different isometric classes (45 minute session) and 3 HIIT classes (15 minute session) you can sign up for. They also have the FX zone which is where a smith machine, dumbbells, and kettlebells are to do weight lifting as well. The classes are in little saunas and they can hold up to 3 people, although I will say most of the time you are able to get a room to yourself. The door is always locked, but members have access to open the door 24/7 to workout so it is super safe! The place is always clean and the staff are so friendly! They have a vending machine with lots of protein snacks and water that is always stocked. Not to mention the other people that work out there are awesome too!
