I was so impressed with how much I learned that I paid for two more women's lessons. I'm good enough now that I'm actually going to sign up for a real lesson. In the past, I have either not been charged or paid a nominal fee of 10 dollars for a seat in the cart for him. On this occasion, we had a tee time scheduled for 3:30 on 8/26. Despite my son not having his own clubs and not intending to play, they informed us that they do not allow riders. This policy came as a surprise to me, as I have frequented many high-end courses and country clubs where my son has always been allowed to ride along with me. The total cost for both of us to ride and for me to play a full 18-hole round amounted to 140 dollars. I found this to be quite disappointing. I did not question the staff about this exorbitant charge, as I have never encountered such a costly fee for my son's seat before. My name is Dave Schultz, and I believe that the amount charged for the golf cart was absolutely unreasonable. I have no intention of returning to Copper Hills Golf Course and will make sure to voice my dissatisfaction with their pricing policy..

I thought the "cart path only" sign on #5 was a permanent fixture of the course since it's low lying, but nope, that was due to over watering. Didn't see that sign all year here in 2025. Course hasn't been this good in 15 years! New GM is excellent at communication, to the point where we get automated e-mails in the case of a frost delay. Proshop staff with Jeff, the new pro, Tyler (we actually have an assistant pro now!), Hailey, and the rest of the crew are top notch. My wife even made a comment to me about how everybody is so friendly when we come here.

After an extensive 10 lesson package which included swing analysis, club fitting and 5 practice sessions, I can truly say my golf swing and game is in a much better place. My instructor is Jonathon Callas and I enjoy working with him. He slowly and methodically tweaked my swing which to where it's at today. I've referred both another friend as well as my son to Jonathon and Golftec.

There was a great balance of stories, explanation and instruction. I wasn't even holding the club correctly, so he fixed that right away! What a difference!
