But anyways, in terms of your "warranty" it was clearly stated on the estimate that labor and installation were not included. And in response to "customer provided her own materials" that is because I was told multiple, multiple times that I had to because you didn't stock those items on the truck. Again, what you're doing is not good business, it is taking advantage of people who unfortunately do not know any better. I digress. Will completely price gouge you and charge obscene amounts of money and extra fees in their quotes. I would not recommend and not have them do any work. Save yourself THOUSANDS by having someone else do the work for you. Also nothing is warrantied including labor. A huge waste of time.
