I called Chuck at about 7:45 in the morning on Sunday, and he said he would come out and jump the meter so I had power, and he would refer me to somebody else to replace the panel as he was not licensed in the city. He called me back an hour later to see how I made out. So my hat is off to him. PS: he answered his own phone at 7:45 in the morning as he was getting in the shower! They had to replace a few parts and part of doing so meant they had to go around to every baseboard and let air out. Armor looked for a new board for us that evening then sent a technician out on Christmas morning at 9AM to check the unit. They were able to find a new board on Thursday morning and installed it at 10AM. We can not say enough about the level of service as well as knowledge of the unit. Mark and Nick at Armor were genuinely concerned about our access to heat and due to two space heaters, we were able to stay at home and made our Christmas dinner.
