I need quite a large supply and it is more efficient for me to order and have it delivered than for me to try to buy and transport the mulch myself. This is a very reliable company with decent prices. I just ordered 6 cubic yards of brown mulch and 15 bales of pine straw. The mulch is $29 per cubic yards and the pine straw $4.25. The delivery charge was $30 I was able to order over the phone and have it delivered the next day. They gave me a time window and came within an hour of their promised time and also called when they were on the way. All of the staff I have dealt with have been courteous and professional. If you are doing a landscape job and need a supply of mulch or rocks, I recommend trying this place. You can also visit their facility right on Sandy Plains to see what they have in stock and order there (which I have done before I decided what I needed).

On Sunday, I received a message that they won't be able to come out on Monday because of an emergency job that came up so they rescheduled me for Wednesday. In both appointments, they did not provide a estimated time of arrival. Wednesday arrives and I call plus text them asking when they plan on coming by. When I call, a person picks up and says he will check his schedule and get back to me. I haven't heard back from the company for 4 days now. Despite calling for an update, my calls always go to voicemail now. If you can't do the job or are no longer interested, just let me know so I can find someone else to assist me.

The issues I have is not only did they remove a tree, but it's now 11/29/18 and i have heard no mention of how they are going to fix my problem. Just said they will get back and no return calls. This was my home they impacted and devalued and they just went ghost. I will say that people need not worry too much because in 15 years I was the only person who had got his tree cut down on accident. (Such a great thing to hear after you destroy my property). They also informed me that he would get my stump ground for free. (What a deal!!!) The whole thing seemed like a joke to everyone there. I was angry and truly just wanted everyone off my property the moment the tree got cut. I was quoted 800 for both trees to be trimmed which is 400 a hour and i will end up paying more than that for the tree I will need to replace the one they cut down. Outside the guy who cut my tree the crew was good at clean up and the half hack job on the remaining tree was because he couldn't get to it due to bucket reach and honestly I wanted them out of my yard. The tree was about to fall over. I knew it was going to cost a lot to have it removed but I was more concerned about the pool and house being hit by a falling tree. They did come out the day I called them and put together an estimate. At this time they are truly very busy. They did put me at the top of the list and came out the next week and removed the tree. Unbelievable how they used hoists to hold the tree up while they cut it down. They were at the end of their shift so after they laid the remainder of tree on the ground they came back the next day and cleaned it all up. The crew was highly personable and friendly. All GA boys. They really know their stuff, I would highly recommend them. I have several trees that will probably need removing and definitely call them to do the work.

They made recommendations taking into account both our budget and our safety. On our first round of tree removal, I stayed home from work since I'm the paranoid type and wanted to watch the process in action. If you've never watched tree removal, you should. It's like an elegant dance watching men guide huge limbs with rope and climb up trees with chain saws. They clearly knew what they were doing. There were no "close calls" even though they were removing huge trees near a fence, deck, and several houses. Their cleanup is superb. An added bonus was that they even cleaned up some brush in our yard that was already there before they arrived. Score! My one complaint is that they left large, deep tire marks in our yard last time. In their defense, our yard is pretty crappy and it had rained a lot in the days before that round of service. Note, they do have a $500 minimum.
