We then had law enforcement stop their trespassing. But that's not all... couple days later they ground up 5 or 6 stumps and blew all the debris, including rocks all over our green space. However, once he was paid, that completely changed. He completed only part of the job we agreed upon, and when we pointed out the unfinished work, he stopped responding altogether. We sent him over six messages in ten days with no reply. Before payment, he was active and quick to respond but afterward, nothing. To make matters worse, he even gave a quote to one of our neighbors, but now ignores them as well; seemingly to avoid us and the unfinished work at our house. It's disappointing because he had assured us he wouldn't "blow us off," yet that's exactly what he did. The quality of the job was subpar, and his lack of professionalism sealed it by ignoring us sealed the deal. Even if his quote looks good, don't take the risk.
