Maybe the best small engine mechanic anywhere. But they have hired some young guys that don't have a clue what they're doing and they don't seem to be very careful with your equipment. I took my Toro riding mower in to have the oil changed and replace the oil plug that I had stripped and couldn't get off. After about three weeks, it was finally done. I went to pick it up and a young guy drove it out to the parking lot with no hood on it. He actually thought that was the way it was supposed to be I guess. It looked naked. One of the managers came running out trying to catch me. obviously had a problem. In opening up the hood, which is plastic of course, they broke it. They had their best mechanic. Tim try to repair it by drilling holes in the hood with zip ties holding it. Well, that didn't even last one mowing. The hood fell forward while I was mowing and was grinding on the flywheel. Good effort by Tim, but it was damaged beyond repair. This hood is not made anymore so I've had to look around mower junkyards and Facebook to try to find a hood. So far no luck. I left them a message that the repair didn't work but they never called me back. I've had to use budgie cords to try to hold it on but it's starting to slip. Seems like management didn't really take responsibility. Tim, Darren, and his son Adam are the best guys there. I would not let anyone other than Tim work on your equipment. I've spent a lot of money in there recently. I may still go back, but now I know who to deal with, and who not to. Darren told me to bring it back and they could work on it again, but I'm afraid these guys will break something else.
