It's hard to believe how rare true professionalism has become these days, and even more so when a company exceeds every expectation. Greg (the owner) came to our home with a display sample, answered every question, and guided us straight toward the right product. Gabriel, the project manager, carpenter, and installer, went above and beyond to assist with our custom pet door to make sure we were completely satisfied with the results. Each call to the office was answered promptly, and every concern was addressed with care. They replaced a total of 20 windows in our home, and the difference has been incredible. The sound barrier is excellent; the new windows have transformed our home, and we even noticed a reduction in our electric bill shortly after installation. From the time we met with Greg until installation was complete, everything was done in less than a month. I presented them the layout with detailed dimensions and counted on their expertise to calculate how much would be needed. After the install, DOUBLE the amount of tile was left over costing me over $275 plus the extra $115 to have it shipped. My advice is to NOT LET THEM DO THE CALCULATION OF HOW MUCH TILE IS NEEDED and avoid special orders with them.
