They opened at 7:30am. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were open promptly. The team there is extremely friendly and helpful. I did not have an appointment and they still helped me immediately. I was in and out in about 45 mins The shocking thing is when I went to lay them, they said it was FREE. It was refreshing to get this type of service as I haven't experienced anything like this in a long time. I will be sure to send my mom here whenever she needs any work done on her car. The incompetence of everyone there is beyond ALL comprehension. They don't know LEFT from RIGHT or driver's side and passengers side. Even the "manager" woman promised to fix the correct tire for free no matter what. When back again just to find out they checked the wrong tire AGAIN. Ended up taking it to a different shop and they fixed the leak. VERY HIGHLY recommend finding a different shop. Better service and quality than here. Ended up being a simple valve core. Also called after we got it fixed and the manager didn't care so we told her we would write a review and she said she didn't care. Quality service is not to be found there.

Well, that was about six or so years ago, and this place has completely gone to hell! Pep Boys has always been an iffy type of business but the guy I am talking about here at least seem to try to do the right thing. Ever since he left the management that has run this place has been all but a joke. I don't know where they get their mechanics from, but they must scrape the bottom of the barrel, as I wouldn't so much as have any of them work on a bicycle!
