Dale has done a lot of work for us - installed a new Geothermal furnace, central A/C and duct work, performed maintenance on the furnace when needed, installed a new LP furnace and A/C when we moved. I've called Dixon a couple of times due to problems with my furnace. Each time they were quick to identify and fix the problem and I feel I was charged a fair price for the service. I would highly recommend them. My furnace is down again with the pilot not igniting. I called an left a message and am waiting to hear back. If I don't get a call back soon I may change my review, but the first 2 times I contacted them they were right on it. read more

First of all, YELP* shows me in Englewood, FL...don't know where the heck that came from, I am in Lansing, MI. Called on 6/14/17 @ 12:46 pm, left message. (Voice mail did not even identify who I was calling, but I double checked the number. Got a simple, "not here, leave a number." No returned call by 6/15/17 @3:35 pm. I am not in the habit of standing in long lines or chasing/hounding contractors to give my money for anything, so the replacement of my central heat/air & water heater will go to someone else. If I can't at least get a timely response while trying to hire a contractor, I don't expect I will get good service on my job. read more
