The HVAC unit in my new Condominium worked great for air conditioning this summer, but when I turned it on to get some heat to help dry a painting project, nothing happened. I found Bill's via Yelp and gave him a call. In less than 2 hours, Bill (the owner) showed up, diagnosed the problem and apologized for not being able to repair the problem immediately, as he didn't have the part. No charge for the visit or estimate! Without missing a beat, he contacted Lennox, got the part ordered and the next day, showed up and installed it. My total bill, less than most people pay for a repair call without resolution! On the way out the door after he had completed the repair, Bill noticed my doorknob was loose. Next thing I know, he's got it off, fixed and put back on. No CHARGE! Amazing Bill! You put the CUSTOMER in Customer Service! The ONLY reason I'm giving Bill's 4.5, rather than a full 5 stars is they don't have a website or use email. I HIGHLY recommend Bill for any Furnace or Air Conditioning repair!
