She was told to make my pants look like a reference pair I brought to her and she assumed all she had to do was alter the hemline, which did not need any changes. Then she was asked at a later time to patch the crotch for two of my favorite jeans and she put stiff stick on patches which she sewed on top, making the area extremely uncomfortable and stiff. When I told her that she did a subpar job, she got offended, didn't charge me and sent me on my way, directly or with the help of her son or husband, it's hard to tell, who also has a crappy attitude. My suggestion is: fix your own or take it somewhere else. This place is a rip-off and a scam. Do not trust this lady with your clothes. She does not care about your satisfaction or quality.
