I had met Vanna a couple of years ago at a Bridal Fare in downtown Livermore. Torn between whether or not my bridesmaids would have flowers, I called Vanna just to discuss my options with my bouqet and we went from there. She remembered me which was very shocking! She is an amazing florist dedicated to making her customers happy and working with any budget. She is so creative, and made everything look absolutely beautiful. I trusted her and told her the colors of the wedding, and said I don't need to see how they look until the day, just do whatever you feel like is best. She went over a couple of details, but pretty much I saw the flowers only the morning of. Vanna prepared our arrangements for our wedding reception at Murrieta's Well in Livermore and our ceremony at First Presbyterian Church in Livermore. I was so pleased with her work. She is very professional and takes her work very seriously. She really listens to what you want and then adds her own special touch. She is so creative! Vanna has such an amazing eye for detail and her arrangements are out of this world. All of my guests complimented the arrangements many times and I was so happy looking at our wedding pictures and seeing the lovely arrangements. Most of all, I was in love with my bouquet! After meeting with multiple florists, I was so happy when I finally met with Vana. She made our wedding at Casa Real look amazing! She had the best pricing and was totally willing to work within my budget. She didn't mind giving me multiple options and we went back and forth until it was just perfect. The flowers were everything I had wanted and more! She went above and beyond in every aspect--even picked up all of the vases at the end of the night. She definitely did more than she quoted me for---from the entryway table arrangement to the mother's wristlets. Vanna is amazing! She made my floral arrangements for my summer wedding. From the beginning she provided wonderful customer service. She answered all my questions, met with me whenever I needed and was flexible to many of my needs. I felt so comfortable telling her what I wanted and envisioned and she nailed it to the "T". I mean seriously, this woman saw my vision and made it real and more. She is very talented and friendly. I got married beginning of Oct. and Vanna was the first vendor I actually booked. We had 2 meetings which went very well and she was very organized and confident in her work. It was discussed via email and in person that she would deliver and setup the flowers to the venue the morning of my wedding. She also knew that I was taking all photos before the ceremony and not after. The ceremony started sharp at 4pm, we arrived at the venue at noon and there were no flowers. For three hours we tried calling, emailing and even sent someone to her "Office" downtown and couldn't get ahold of her. I thought for sure she wasn't going to show and I would have no bouquets or centerpieces for my wedding (which is kind of a big deal). We took all the photos again with no flowers. Finally at 3:30 she showed up and tried to put the blame on me that they always deliver right before the ceremony and I misunderstood. There was no apology of any kind and she had attitude like it was our fault. I will say the flowers were absolutely beautiful and she did do a good job on them but extremely bad service on delivery and communication. I really hope she learns from my experience to treat clients better in the future. read more
