We had quite a few songs that weren't your normal song requests and he was more than accommodating. The best part of having Aaron as our Dj was how much he rolled with the flow the day of. It was raining the day of our wedding and unfortunately the tent was leaking Into the area where he was supposed to set up. Our ceremony was delayed over an hour so it cut into a lot of our dancing time. He was able to set up in a different location no problem. After we finished all the ceremonial items I gave Aaron the thumbs up and he immediately kicked up the music and got everyone dancing for the 45 minutes or so that we had. I felt like even though time was short all the songs we really wanted were played and everyone had a great time. Would DEFINITELY recommend Aaron for your wedding or special event.

My husband, Phil, and I waited for 3 years for this wedding because of COVID. At first, it was going to be at Wedgewood Brittany Hill in CO, then it got cancelled because of COVID, then Wedgewood Carmel in CA when things started to reopen, and finally we moved it to Hofmann Ranch because my mom is struggling with complications from her double knee replacement surgeries that were postponed because of COVID and she couldn't fly to CA. The day before our wedding, Southwest cancelled Phil's best man's and his wife's flights, Phil's cousins' flights, and my friend's flights and my uncle had to drive all the way from San Diego the day before the wedding. We were beyond worried and devastated. Because of the Hofmann Ranch team, we felt so secure and so loved and our families and friends were able to meet each other for the first time and connect with each other. Britney thought of everything: making sure that my mom had a place to sit so that she could march with me halfway down the path of the patio deck, she held onto my train, she made a water color Phannie drink sign that was gorgeous, she made sure that we ate, she thought of every single detail and schedule change when our families kept talking and singing (this is what happens when you get a whole bunch of Filipinos together LOL), she made sure that Phil and I ate food, and there are countless other things that I am sure that we don't know about. Giving Britney my bouquet was the only way that I could say how grateful I was for creating a magical place and experience in spite of all the obstacles. Phil and I are so thrilled and feel like we were destined to be married at Hofmann Ranch. You have a special place in our hearts. I hope that your mother liked the bouquet. A little over a month before our wedding (11/14/24), James or Ricky (whatever he decides to go by) kept pushing that we had a balance and it needed to be paid, even though the contract states the final payment is due two days prior. When mentioning this, he said "2 days out is the last date for payment to be made, we prefer it to be paid way before." I should've seen that as a red flag, but I paid it either way. He reached out via Facebook from a bridal vendor group in San Antonio and we were supposed to meet him at the bridal extravaganza but something came up and we met him at his house. Everything was fine, communication was patchy afterwards and it wasn't a nightmare until a month before. During the time we submitted the final payment, I was clarifying some things with him and he tried saying it was an additional cost, which thankfully I had proof that he mentioned it was included, but that's all. Tried contacting him towards the end of October (2 weeks prior to the wedding) and he read and didn't respond.. no big deal. I then tried reaching out three days before our wedding and the number had been disconnected. I then went to Facebook to message him, and he didn't respond until I mentioned we knew he moved back to Virginia and had an updated address. He then proceeds to say the business shut down due to "health reasons" and that he "hates it for me" but according to the contract he didn't have to refund our money. It was a lie, but he then proceeded to say he'd send my info to his lawyers since it's a "civil case at best" and blocked me. We were scammed out of $1900, and had to find a DJ last minute. He was supposed to provide uplights, dancing on the clouds, cold sparklers, Photo Booth with a book for guest photos and physical print outs, a monogram cut out, wireless microphones and lapels, and of course the DJ sounds and lighting. Even if it turned out to be true, he did not once try to offer us other soultions.. instead our numbers were blocked. We were devastated to discover that Arison Entertainment in fact has done this to other couples as well, specifically based in Texas. We felt utterly betrayed and scammed. Stressed that we had to find another DJ within a week of our special day. This experience has left us not only financially burdened but emotionally drained. We urge others to think twice before engaging with Arison Entertainment. A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and it deserves to be handled by trustworthy professionals. I used Khalil and Co for my engagement photo make up. I'm not very make up savvy so I didn't know…read morethe difference between airbrush or foundation and I had a pretty narly break out going on my chin. She suggested traditional make up to get more coverage so I showed her my inspiration on Pinterest and she got to work! She was super friendly and talkative and I loved the overall experience. She was really good about answering all my questions too. You can see in the photos that she's very skilled at making you photo ready but natural looking, which was really important to me. I wasn't a fan of the eyelashes because my right eye kept tearing up badly, even hours afterward. She used super high quality, natural eyelashes, I just think my eye freaks out over stuff like that. I also think if I did it again I would have my make up done a couple hours before photos instead of right before. I noticed that my first couple of photos looked super heavy, but then it absorbed in and looked amazing. Great learning experience and amazing experience overall!
