When Cesar asked us what we were most looking forward to at our wedding, we told him it was the dance party. And he really helped us make that part of our wedding day super fun both for us and all our friends and family! Many of our guests told us how great he was and how they loved all the music he played. It was an awesome mix of classic dance party songs and specific requests that we had made. The flow of the evening was perfect, from the mingling and dinner music to the first dance to the full-on dance party that followed. Cesar knows how to curate an evening! He respected when there were a few songs that he liked that we didn't want him to play, too. He was also a great emcee when we needed him to be. Cesar is super easy going and communication was simple. He appreciated the way we were organized and it was great to have him follow our lead on planning the thing. We were so amazed with DJ Ceez at our wedding this last summer! He got everybody on the dance floor and we had a WIDE variety of guests! Somehow he managed to please the cowboys, the city-folk, the hippies, the young, the old and most importantly the bride & groom! I was the one who arranged everything with Ceez and when he showed up I was in the room getting ready so he got everything set up and ready solo with little guidance. Our sound and music for the ceremony was spot on and volumes were just right! He played fun music all night long when the dancing started and the dance floor was packed! I gave some ideas for the music, but let him play to the crowd and that worked best for us. We hired DJ Ceez for our wedding and was extremely disappointed that he did not stick to the music list we gave him. We were ok with him playing some songs he had picked out, but the majority he played was "his songs", songs we specifically said not to play like the cheesy, cliche wedding reception songs. Then for the mother/son dance, we had told him not to play the whole song (Simple Man-which is an extremely long song) because my husbands mom has a disability that makes it hard for her to walk, let alone dance. So when I had to go tell him to stop because he continued playing the song long after the stopping point, I was not happy. My maid of honor specifically went up and told him to play my list because she knew they were none of my songs playing. I had songs I had "starred", which we discussed were MUST PLAY songs, that he never even played and I'm pretty disappointed to have special songs I had picked out that were never played for my wedding. Would not recommend him if you have intentions on having a specific list of songs to be played. read more

We hired Cesar about 9 months Before our wedding and he was a pleasure to work with! We had changed our minds about the venue a couple of different times and he was able to accommodate us no problem. He was able to play the music for our outdoor ceremony on Mt. Tabor then pack up and have everything ready for us by the time we got to our reception venue. He showed up early, provided last minute speaker and mic setup for us to amplify our vows, and kept the people on the dance floor. He had a good selection of music and accommodated all our song requests. I didn't hear any negative feedback about his performance.
