I could not have asked for a better night of fun filled entertainment and memories. Now to the review... We live in the era of technology. Every vendor that served at my wedding must have some sort of internet presence. For me, a good start was through weddingwire and theknot. After the initial sorting of vendors, I felt that Ultimate Sounds Entertainment had what it takes to DJ my wedding. So, I made contact via phone for an appointment. The face-to-face encounter could not have gone any better and any questions that I asked were answered. What impressed me the most was his ability to improvise and overcome any challenges that were thrown at him during his time DJ'ing. Now, for the most important part of my review... Wedding Day. My wedding was relatively modest at ~250 people. However, it required Ultimate Sounds Entertainment to accommodate separate rooms for the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception Area. To no difficulty the company had speaker systems to sufficiently fill out all the locations needed at no additional cost. From providing mics to my live pianist/violinist for my ceremony to DJ'ing my Cocktail Hour to MC'ing my reception, I can honestly say that Ultimate Sounds Entertainment has done a job well done at a cost that was well worth their value. What makes Ultimate Sounds Entertainment stand above all others is their commitment to making your wedding work. The reason why I say this is that they initially committed to a 2-person team to my wedding. However, on wedding day they had added an additional person to make sure that the speaker setup and preparations were made at a satisfactory level. They also were very cooperative with all the changes that were made on the fly during my wedding. Now, the final point... this company sure knows how to top off any deal. During our face to face we somehow got off topic with bagels and how the best were made in NYC. Seeing how both my wife and I love a good bagel, Ultimate Sounds Entertainment graced us with bagels the morning of our wedding.

He is a pleasure to work with, very reasonable, and accommodating. His crew and I met several times prior to the wedding to rehearse a skit that I performed during the reception for my wife. At first, I provided an "idea" of what I was trying to do, and they all worked with me to finalize it from the songs to the dance steps. Everything fell into place, and the skit went as rehearsed. The attendant was not friendly, she pulled me aside the during the reception to go over the 2 colors and text I got to pick for the print out. So I was 1. Annoyed that she/ or the company l didn't ask me to do this earlier 2. She was really bothered when I asked her to change it after a test shot 3. It was a very boring design and at that point I didn't want to waste my time with a rude person when I should be enjoying my wedding. She was very unprofessionally dressed in a t-shirt and shorts that looked like pajamas. We also said that height and distance needed to be adjusted as you had to squat down to be in the camera and barely 2 people would make the photo- she didn't do that either. The photo booth only took 3 photos which I have never seen and the timer was so bad, you thought it took the photo and it took it 10 sec later after you moved... lastly the attendant was supposed to direct guests to put the second copy in a book to sign... didn't happen. She just let them pile up on top of the camera. **8/9/2019 UPDATE I gave my feedback directly to the owner Kyle, and he was very apologetic. I do feel that they try to take pride in their business and I was impressed with their corrective actions (more staff training & stricter dress code) for future events. They refunded the cost without me asking, which was nice.

After purchasing my ticket for Snipes Farm Halloween Drive In Movie theatre in August. My credit…read morecard was charged but I never received a ticket for the date of my choosing which was October 11th. After reaching out on their "Contact Us" page 4 times. I was then sent a Drive In Movie Ticket for that exact day which was October 3rd. Which I could not make. I asked for a refund but was told they do not offer refunds which is reasonable. They offered me a credit to use. The level of their unprofessionalism has left a bad taste in my mouth and do not want to attend another event of theirs. Buyer Beware
