Date night - Husband and I visited for the first time. Greeted at the front by Mike, the owner. Super friendly! We mentioned it was our first time. He had us scan the QR code to complete the waivers using our phones. Selected the 1 hour package at $24.99/person. Was taken to the training/safety briefing with Angie, also the owner and also super pleasant and welcoming! Instructions were clearly explained, then we were off to our pit. Mike took over again to give us the basics on how to throw the axe. Ordered a couple beers, then we started throwing. So fun!!! A chalkboard clipboard with sheets of different game options are at each pit. We chose to just throw for the first half-hour, then once we felt "good enough" we made our own game of best out of 10 throws, utilizing the sheets for point purposes. We are definitely going back! Things to know: - You can BYOF (Bring Your Own Food) - You must wear covered shoes - Thursday's are $1/throw, but you're better off paying for the hour, and even BETTER off paying for two hours. (We would've stayed longer if it wasn't a school night) - They offer packages for large groups. Call Angie (502) 777-7296

What do you call it when the axe in your hand falls on your feet. An AXEIDENT . . Who else feels lost the week between Christmas and New Years? If your needing a fun activity to shake up your week make sure you go check out @stumpyshatchethousecocoa ! They currently serve beer and wine and allow outside food to be brought in if you need a snack. The staff is extremely helpful and always willing to hand out pointers if your struggling to stick it to the board! Wear your favorite flannel and make sure you sport closed toe shoes or you will be sitting on the sideline. They offer military discounts when you ask and monthly specials for some of our essential workers. . #axethrowing #throwingaxes #spacecoast #brevardcounty #weekendfun #supportsmallbusiness #smallbusiness #supportlocal #supportlocalfl

This place is super fun and chill. First time I've done this before. Also stress relief and a good time to hang with friends. Will definitely be back!!

Celebrated our 12 year wedding anniversary. It was such a cool experience. The throwing area is set up like a den of some sorts with sofas, a giant Jenga & kinda like a secret club set up. You can order drinks & snacks while throwing. A lot harder than you think, but we got some pointers from the guy there & immediately hit the bullseye several times. The girls bathroom is super clean and set up with feminine products, lotion & hair ties. Cannot wait to go back!

Went for the first time about a week ago. Angie & Mike are the sweetest. They were friendly & welcoming. They explained everything to us from the rules to technique on how to throw. They serve beer n wine & there's touch tunes which adds to the fun. You get an hour which is plenty bc it's definitely a workout. Wear closed toe shoes and cool clothes. Be prepared for plenty of fun & an adrenaline rush!

What a great time! We had a large group from work attend. Most of us were first timers. As a group we all loved every moment. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the place is clean, the decor is amazing. I love the chairs and stools they have. Little games everywhere in addition to the axe pits. Highly recommend for date night, parties, girls night, anything really. We will be back soon!

Now fast forward a few days, and ii suffer PTSD, TBI injury, and from the loss of 2 families I'm dealing with a diagnosis from emotional stress So I went to Kars park because I felt safe there, unfortunately the troll made sure that didn't happen. I was eating lunch on 8/18/2025, and a rude gentlemen (probably drives a white Tacoma with silly fake graphics). The phone says "US government". I answer and the guy asks "what's up with your spot" and " what's your deal"? Being extremely aggressive, and after I had that intruding phone conversation I didn't want to stay. So I drove straight to Kars park and paid in full, telling them it's my last night. Then the next morning, and after receiving another cold shoulder from the short cigar smoker (turning his back to me, and taking his time opening the gate (troll). I decided I'm not going to let the cigar smoker, and the harassing workers effect my stay. If this had been our first Disney cruise, I'm not sure that I would rush out and do another one, truth be told. On our previous cruises, everyone we encountered on the staff, from the Check In crew at the port to the stewards, to the random Cast Members we would come across around the ship, was friendly and welcoming. Here the staff seemed harried and tired, like we caught them at the end of a very tough shift and they had nothing left to give. While the food was still excellent, the service was not at the same level as our previous cruises. We simply adored our dining teams on the Magic and the Dream; taking pictures with them at the end of the cruise. This time, with Jonathan and Carlos, it was very transactional. There was no connection or anything engaging with the team. They were certainly pleasant but the Disney magic was lacking. Our room steward, Arawan, was efficient, but I only ever saw him twice: Shortly after we boarded and the last night of the cruise when we were preparing our luggage for disembarkation. He certainly kept the room clean, so I do appreciate that! However I noticed some things, maintenance-wise in the room that displayed a lack of Disney's attention to detail, such as some rust spots in the bathroom. I would expect that from Norwegian, but definitely not from Disney. One night at the hot tub there was a guy openly vaping and staff only came over to tell him the hot tub was closing, not that he could not smoke in this area of the boat. At some of the trivias in the various entertainment venues, we either got inundated with offers for drinks or completely ignored, there was no in-between! In addition, staff broke my husband's luggage. Points to them for trying to fix it and sending an apology basket, but now that we are back on land, he has to spend time and energy filing a claim for the damage and going through that whole process. Hopefully we recapture the magic on our next Disney cruise, as the Fantasy is my least favorite of our cruises so far.
