We were running late getitng ready, so I called them asking if we can push it 30 mins back and they were ok with that. So that was very nice. The popcorn chicken was dry, but the wings were better. fries were ok. The drinks were good. Service was quick and they were super nice and gave us a free drink. Overall it was a great time, we ended up extending it an hour and spent 4 hours there! It was a good price for all 17 of us! Ended up about $30 a person.

Our room was filled to capacity and it was still comfy. The sound system was so much better than a much more expensive venue that I tried 2 years ago. There I could hear everyone screaming in all the other rooms and every noise including doors opening and closing ruined the singing. At Karaoke Q, there were better acoustics and I never heard a peep from any of the other rooms unless I opened our door. We used YouTube to cue our music and that was easy. I appreciate that there was projection in front and back so you were able to see and sing from different places. The star of the night was all of the fantastic food. Geez! I can't stop thinking about all of the tasty dishes. I ordered 20 Soy Garlic wings. 20 breaded plain wings. Fried Tofu. Fries. Onion rings. Sweet potato fries. Mozzarella Sticks and we literally tried all of the sojus. I probably went through like 15 of them. I also included bottles of Prosecco at the end of the night to enjoy with my cake. Most food is $15 and above each plate and even for corn dog and cheese is around the same price but when we received some of the food it was partly cold and not thoroughly cooked. Other foods too were not as good quality for the price. Our waters were also never refilled and we were there for 3hrs. When I received the bill we were charged $50 for water service?? which is ridiculous. Later on into the night when we got more service we got a different host/server and it just felt off. They're not very attentive and for the price it just did not feel worth it. We spent a hefty $700 bill yet no water refill and service was not attentive, nor was quality of the food worth it. I'm not sure what went wrong here. I used to love this place but seems like it's not as good anymore. Just disappointing cause we had a good time karaoke but for the price this place just didn't meet up to the standards.
