I loved the concept of this bar located in Harrahs by an entrance on the strip side. I stood around the outside looking in and I decided to go inside and sit down. I didn't realize if you were seating you had to order a drink and when the waitress came and rudely told me and pushed a menu into my face I said I'd order a soda. She got upset with me since I didn't want to get a $25 alcoholic drink. She kept walking past my table and not bringing a soda. A couple ended up sitting with me and we had a good time. The waitress eventually came back and they ordered and ordered my soda for me. It took her over 30 minutes to bring us our drinks when we saw other sections getting their stuff in a timely manner. The piano bar is a fun experience. I enjoyed listening to the dueling pianos. You right a song you want to hear them sing. If you live a bigger tip for the pianist they bump your song to the top of the pile. If service was better it would have been a better experience. read more

Based on another review, instead of going inside, we hung out outside, in that space between the entrance and the casino floor, to listen to the dueling pianos. We'd already been to dinner and out on the strip and there was no way i could have handled any more alcohol. They made a huge deal of the fact that you had to request your song choices via Venmo. TBH - I wasn't thrilled with the vocal skills of either pianist. When they decided to duet Shallow from A Star is Born, I decided I could not handle it anymore. And we left. Okayyyy this place was giving total Vegas lounge energy. The piano, the dancing, the nonstop sing-along hits... literally impossible not to have fun here. Everyone was partying, singing, vibing, making friends it honestly felt like a mini Las Vegas strip party in the best way possible for the fun grown-up crowd. I have been here twice. Once last year and then again last Sunday. The vibes of the piano bar felt very different this time than last year. I think the crowd was a bit older, so a lot of the songs were on the older side and just not as fun for me. The first time we went there were female twin pianist who were really fun. This time we had male twin pianist, but we didn't see them for very long because A man and a woman took over for them about a half hour after we arrived. All the pianists were talented and had great voices and good energy. I preferred the female twins from last year. I think it really just depends on the crowd if you're going to enjoy the place. There were some pretty obnoxious people dancing around and trying to make other people dance with them who very clearly didn't want to. I also notice between last year and this year they got a new cocktail menu and the price is nearly doubled. I was excited that they had a lavender gin drink because that is always my weakness, but they mix it with some type of lemonade that had a really weird aftertaste. So I ended up spending nearly $30 with a tip on a cocktail that I didn't really enjoy. The waitress was also a little bit pushy, we asked for some time with the drink menu and she came back nearly 2 minutes later to get our drink orders so we both kind of ordered the first thing we saw. I would give it another try because it is one of the only piano bars in Vegas on the strip that is open until 3 AM on weekends. For me it really depends on the crowd and the type of music being played to really gent into it. read more

Looking for a break from the heat, I ducked into the Piano Bar at Harrah's and happened upon a performance by Big Elvis (Yes! That is exactly what he calls himself). Before that day, I had never heard of him, but within minutes I was hooked. Not only does he sound remarkably like the King himself, but he also brings a mix of great music, humor, and an engaging stage presence. The Piano Bar may be small, but it delivers a big dose of fun. The atmosphere is lively, welcoming, and perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the Strip for a while. The drinks are a bit pricey, but then again, what isn't in Vegas? You can dance, sing, and grab some bites and drinks with reasonable prices. If you walk on the strip and pass by, there's also the carnival court (partially outdoor) with live band performances just 5 steps away from the piano bar. Fun time combination! read more

If you're there for Big Elvis, you're doing life right. He puts on a fun show with some sing a long elements to it. The Piano Bar is big enough, good sound quality, good enough seats for the show. I do wish they had some more beer & non alcoholic options but it's not a big bar - quite limited. Just something to keep in mind here. They had Coors for their NA which is .5% so not NA $12 and a water ran us $9. Not cheap but welcome to Vegas. Staff has always been nice and the patience they must have - my goodness. We stopped in before a reservation at Vanderpump prior to concert (girls weekend!) and were lured into this spot on our walk through. The dueling pianos were having fun that afternoon, we enjoyed our time so much we had a second round! Definitely a fun spot to spend some time, listen to some great music and enjoy camaraderie with fellow patrons. As i looked around, all ages were fully enjoying themselves - this sweet grandma-looking lady couldn't stop dancing! I love dueling piano bars. This one seems very shady and the older lady server is the rudest person I've ever met. First I ordered a round of six shots pointing to the menu that described them as lemon shots but under a "special" name. It was $75 for six + one beer that was $13. She brought them out and then gave me the bill for $131. When I told her that didn't add up, she said I ordered lemon drop shots, Not the ones that are a special with a lot less alcohol. After she continually argued with me, she kept saying she was going to get the manager and kept saying to please do so but she never did. She just walked away after her rant. My friend had to go up to the bar and also argue with the manager. From that point on we never had a server come to our table so if we wanted anything else, we had to go up to the bar to order it. When I finally got the revised bill which should have been approximately $88 plus tax it was $104. Apparently they must add on some other fees. I still don't know if I got charged twice. We also each made a request and handed it the piano player with a five dollar bill on each and even with the duration of our stay, only one of our songs was played. So basically they got $30 tip to play one song. It's too bad that the service here is so poor because it's usually so much fun elsewhere. So basically my message here is be sure to watch your bill, especially if you are handing them a credit card and keeping it on file because even the manager is not very helpful. With such little alcohol that they put in drinks and the prices they charge you would think they would have just made the initial adjustment. read more

This used to be a great spot, but now it is just a blatant money grab with mediocre singing and entertainment. There is absolutely nothing special about it anymore, and to make matters worse, the staff is horribly rude to customers. During our visit, there was an older Asian lady taking drink orders. I was shocked to see how poorly she treated other guests before she even approached us. When she got to our table, she instantly informed me that if I didn't order a drink right away, I needed to leave. I politely told her I was still looking at the menu, and she snapped back, "Well, order or leave!"She then aggressively pointed at a sign on the wall that said "No outside food or drinks." I had my Hydro Flask sitting on the table because it was 110 degrees outside and we had been walking. Of course I had water on me! Her attitude was completely uncalled for. When she returned, I quickly asked for a water with lemon just to get her to go away. She then double-downed and stated that everyone at the table needed to place an order or leave. It was easily the most unwelcoming experience I've ever had. When the bill came, the drinks were beyond expensive and not worth the money. They literally charged me $4.00 for a Solo cup of water with ice, and they don't even offer refills. Save your money and go elsewhere. There are plenty of other places where the staff isn't rude and they aren't actively trying to rip you off. read more

Service and entertainment are good. The reason for the 1 star is my friends and I got kicked out for having a foreign ID. Bars and casinos around town accept the IDs. At no point were we being noisy or disturbing the staff. There was a 60 year old lady having a good time and even she got kicked out (?). He's actually pretty good. Sounds a good deal like Elvis. The bar itself .. well!! I ordered a Tanquerey Gin and Tonic. I love The Piano Bar. We've only been late night when there have been the dueling pianos. (We've walked by during Elvis' visit and it looks fun but we haven't gone in) In the few times we have gone we've seen the twins, one twin with another lady, the non twin lady with two different guys. They all have great energy. It can be hard to find a place to sit. Tables aren't cleaned off that quickly. The staff, usually seems to be just one waitress who is running around like crazy. Think they need more staff. The first time we went, there was no menu at our spot. I did go look at a sign on the wall with their buffet cocktails, which were pricy but average for Vegas I guess. We ordered drinks. My husband had a few beers but I was only able to have one more drink that day so switched to diet cola. I really wish I would have known that they don't do free refills on their sodas. 3 sodas was over $20!!!! Aside from the drink prices, the atmosphere is so fun. You request songs on a slip of paper and take them up to one of the pianos with some cash. Seems like people start off giving $10 but then it usually evens out to about $20 per song request. I did hear one time while walking by someone gave $70 for a song. I'm sure the musicians get tired of some of the same songs being requested night after night but they don't let it show. My friends and I came across the bar and loved the vibe and atmosphere so we decided to go in for the night. This was today at 1:15am. As we walked in we saw a table available on the far left hand side. There was this waitress cleaning the table. Older white lady with glasses long red/orange hair. My husband tapped the waitresses shoulder to ask if the table was available. When she turned, she rudely said, " ARE YOU FCKN KIDDING ME." and walked away ignoring us. My husband and I were left with our mouths wide open, just shocked! We sat at the table since it was available for a big party however, the waitress ignored us and avoided eye contact. We were so confused and couldn't understand what the problem was. She attended every table around us, she even helped a group that walked in 20min after us! I hate to say this but we felt racially profiled. The mood was ruined and hard to enjoy after that uncalled for encounter. read more

Crowd absolutely loved my singing xox. Yet the last three times I sing here karaoke host skips my rotation. I don't know why. Im always super nice. And the audience always loved it and more people come stop to hear me singing. Also waitress double charged me and mad when I showed her she accidentally double charged me, then had attitude the rest of the night. To top it off it took 3 times asking and 20 mins for her to finally bring my credit card back. You'd think I was mean or rude to people there, but quite the opposite. Very unpleasant experience. Went to the Piano bar to see The Twin Blond girls because they are amazing performers and got disappointed because they said they don't play on weekends anymore. Brought a group of 16 friends with us and it ruined our whole trip that they were not there. They are so entertaining and such great personalities. Now we will not be returning unless they are performing. We visit Las Vegas 4 to 6 times a year with groups of friends or clients. Please bring those twin girls in the piano bar. read more
