Service is great, food is expected quality, ambiance is always sets the appropriate mood, but the YouTube & TJ song selection and karaoke quality is terrible. Once any decent amount of traffiic comes in the signal drops on the wall devices or the overal WiFi connection will drop all Friday, Saturday and 9pm+ crowds. Then if you rely on the Built in system, the videos and karaoke doorbell sounding 1980s style songs with the swap out Kpop videos won't skip nearly as much but some tracks are much poorer than others. It's just the staple system nearly all karaoke rooms use in Las Vegas. The ladies work extra hard here every day. All hrs, busy or slow. Please recognize them and the gentlemen at the restaurant nextdoor. They are all pleasant and are eager to help accommodate in anyway. I actually prefer the service here as to the entire strip and chinatown private rooms. The scoring system you find on Asian companies is fun intermissions, but either you enjoy it or don't. I personally dislike it, but most of my friends and family are divided between, this and YT. After a little over 100 visits since opening. I still vouch this is a premium spot. I like it here much better than J, Q, Industry, Beat, Gimik and many more. Just keep in mind all the venues cater to different groups in general, but private rooms make it so you control your own vibe. If you're an avid KRoom patron, first timer, any demographic. Its fun over here. My biggest complaint is the WiFi, internet or hotspot signals, and how the YouTube isn't properly adjusted in each room due to guests messing with settings before your turn. read more

Had a really fun nite with my kids and friends. We rented a room for a few hours, had some really good bulgogi fries and nachos, wings and ramen. The room we got was a smaller one and came with two microphones. The room was about $25/hr. Which is not bad. The tablet to pick our songs, was not working so we had to use the one on the wall and find our songs via YouTube. None the less, we had an amazing time and our server was very quick and efficient. read more

Didn't want to make a big deal out of this at first, but the more I think about it, the more ridiculous the situation feels -- so here's a review for anyone planning to visit. I went there last night with two friends. When we arrived, there were no small rooms available, only a large room that didn't even offer YouTube. The server, Joseph, told us a small room would open up in about an hour. Since we were already there, we decided to use the large room while waiting. About an hour later, we asked if the small room was ready, and Joseph informed us that it was -- but he was going to give it to another group that had just walked in and made a reservation. Naturally, I asked why, considering we had been waiting for that room first. His explanation was that if the room had opened without a reservation, he would have given it to us -- but because someone made a reservation "just now," he couldn't. Interesting logic. Apparently, waiting for a room while actively paying for another room does not count as waiting. What made it even stranger was when he said he wanted to "treat every customer equally," so he couldn't give us "special treatment" just because we're regulars. Respectfully, this had nothing to do with being regular customers. It was simply about honoring the order in which customers were waiting. But I suppose putting one group in a large room while filling the smaller room with another party probably works out better financially -- especially when auto gratuity is involved. My friends didn't want to make a big deal out of it but I spoke up. Otherwise, we would've continued paying for the larger room and higher gratuity for absolutely no reason. So for anyone planning to wait for a small room: apparently, do NOT go into a large room while waiting. Because according to their system, once you do that, you're somehow no longer waiting for the small room anymore. Also, double check your receipts. We've noticed promotional items like "buy 2 get 1 free" soju still being charged before. Ever since a new server started working there, checking the bill has become part of the routine. Ganzy has been our to-go lately. It's a bit far for me but it's close to most of my friends in the area and it's great! It's clean inside, they have all the songs that my friend and I usually sing (it doesn't have to be 2024 up-to-date....) HAHA Love that they have great small bite options to level out our alcohol-filled bodies and find some relief. I have never had a bad experience and all the staff are always friendly. They will not hesitate to help you out when needed! The rooms are clean, bathroom is clean (although it's only 1 person at a time so there may be a wait some times), food is good and drinks are always good. The host Jay C (I think thats how you spell/pronounce it) is incredible. The service is great, the price is more than fair and for the two times my party went, we had such a good time. The rooms for the most part are soundproof. The controller has English labels making it easy to read if you can't read Korean. The speakers/equipment are decent. They have a happy hour special and you can get drinks at a great price. I would totally recommend this place if your looking to have an enjoyable karaoke night. read more

The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived, giving us unnecessary attitude instead of basic courtesy. One of our friends had recently lost his ID but had the official temporary paper from the DMV to show, and despite it being a valid form of identification, they refused to let him in without even considering the situation. The way they handled it was aggressive, dismissive, and lacked any effort to provide real customer service. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing definitely zero stars for customer service. Also no YouTube version for karaoke, kinda outdated. read more

Came over to this spot a couple times with friends on spontaneous nights after dinner and had a great time. Ivan and his staff are very friendly and the quality of the ambiance is parallel to the more trafficked karaoke spots in town like J Karaoke & Q Studio. The private rooms have good quality sound systems and the menu here is sizeable enough to accommodate late night cravings. They have a good happy hour special for room rates and the set up for each room is quaint and tidy. I think the service etiquette here is great, and a bit more quick than other places we have normally frequented in the past. I do wish they had more than one bathroom because it is a solo bathroom for men & women so there can be a line. But, that is honestly the only somewhat sad thing about coming here when it's busy. Ganzy has been my go-to karaoke spot for a few years now, but the upgrades as of late have been game changers. Having the ability to go to YouTube and other apps for songs has taken the experience level even higher. Also being able to go on their website and schedule time is a huge upgrade as well! The staff has always been kind and attentive. The food is good as always. My wife enjoys the spicy ramen. We have kids, so we always adhere to the 1000 curfew and they never make us feel like we have to rush out. Again, always professional and kind. I love this place and it just got better! read more

I came here with my friend two nights ago, and while things started off smoothly, the experience quickly turned uncomfortable. We were given a room and an employee helped us connect to YouTube for the karaoke. They stayed a bit to sort it out, then left. But just seconds later, they returned to ask for our IDs. I'm 21+, but my friend isn't--and we weren't aware of a curfew. After checking our IDs, they then asked for my card, which was odd. I've been here several times and have never been asked for payment upfront--they typically charge by the hour and take the card after. They took my card, stepped away briefly, then returned saying we had to leave because of the curfew. While we didn't argue with the policy, the timing and process felt off--why give us a room, help us set up, take my card, and then enforce the rule? It honestly felt like we were being profiled. As two Black women, the treatment didn't sit right with us, especially since I've visited before and was never treated this way. We left respectfully, but the experience left a bad taste. If curfew rules are real, they should be communicated upfront--not after taking our card. The whole situation felt unnecessary and out of touch. read more

The place was like stepping into some time warp situation. You get lost because you're in a sound room with thousands of song choices. For someone who is music obsessed like myself I had a blast. The food was basic, tasted like microwaved appetizers and the drinks was like a different version in the sake family of fruity flavors. We had like 4 bottles different flavors and we thought we weren't getting buzzed until we stepped outside. But this place isn't for the food and drinks, it's for the vibes & the vibes were def there! My partner and I went in on February 16, 2025 around 8pm. I have been coming here for 3 years at least once a month and have never seen the 2 women who were working were extremely rude. We walked in and one of the demanded a card. Then walked us back to our room. We had both of them just walk in at random times without knocking. They also proceeded to yell at us telling us not to stand or sit on the bench. It's on their Instagram of people standing/sitting on the booths. My partner took a picture from their Instagram to the front to ask why they have pictures showing it being okay. Both of the women responded it was a new policy and if we didn't like it, we could leave. We left asap proceeding that. We felt discriminated against because we saw in other karaoke rooms that night where people were standing on the booths. We will not be coming back and you should avoid this place. There are plenty of karaoke places to go. This place has disappointed me completely. I will NOT be back. UPDATE: since posting this review it's clear the owner or management read this review and went through their Instagram and removed the pictures. A small karaoke place, full of life and enjoyment and personality!! There hasn't been any time that i felt uncomfortable or go through any issues there. The staff there is absolutely amazing and super sweet!! They really take care of you and are super understanding! When I leave, I already want to step back into the place hehe I miss it already!! It's a cute little place with style and full of aesthetically appealing decoration. They have a bar and OH MY GOSH the food there is soooooo great. You can tell it is updated as some of my favorite newer songs were on there. The service is great. Every time we click the button, the staff is there within 1 minute. I absolutely love their buy 2 get 1 free soju deal. I hope they never get rid of it as it is one of the deals that keeps some of my friends coming back. The food that we ordered has been really good as well. Everything is so tasty and perfect for a night out. They don't have the most extensive menu, however, I'm usually here late and only down for a snack anyway. The only thing that I believe they might be working on is not having a youtube ability. I know some places have an ipad that connects to youtube to search anything you'd like and the rooms that I've been to at Ganzy haven't had them yet.
