The Staff is nice and accommodating but the waiting time frame when paying out of pocket is a bit…read morelong and it's not something you can change your mind on and get your money back that fact that they don't have a lab on site should be made clear at the first appointment having to wait for something to be mailed back and forth between them and the lab is a headache especially when having denture or partial made to not be able to have it made directly in office and available within 30 minutes to the next day after you've had all the surgery you've done is a bit problematic especially when you're ready to get your life back on track , but you're having to wait one to two months just to have a partial maid and fitted because you're having to wait for the time it takes for them to send it back-and-forth that should all be made very clear before you pay for whatever service that you're getting not finding out afterwards that oh this is actually gonna take a couple weeks because we have to send it back-and-forth because we don't actually have a lab on site I wanted to have all of this done before my birthday, and came in with enough timeframe that was not the case I paid everything upfront out-of-pocket ended up having to cancel my birthday now it's interfering with family events all because I'm having to wait to send something back-and-forth between the dentist and the lab instead of there being an actual lab on site and when I expressed that I needed this made very fast they should've told me that they could not offer that and to take my service somewhere else instead of taking my money and then being like oh this is actually gonna take about a month after you've had your teeth and stuff pulled. I've gotten a partial made in a day that lasted almost 10 years because they had a lab on site.

I had a dentist when I live in Wheaton that was less than a mile away, and she was good, and it's a hassle finding a new dentist. I moved to Russett in 2020, and I kept going all the way back to Wheaton for my dentist through 2023. My girlfriend recommended her dentist Colesville Dentistry, and she was right! I first arrived here in May 2024, then November 2024, & most recently May 2025. Wow, this dentist is top notch, blows the Wheaton dentist I had out of the water. The staff is friendly, efficiently gets you in. Dr. Chai, other dentists, & technicians have been friendly doing a great job with the cleanings as well as advise on better dental habits. Also, this is a state of the art dental office. When you are lying on the dental chair, there is a TV screen above you with high definition nature scenes which is peaceful when the dentist isn't exactly the most pleasant experience even with Colesville Dentistry being the best case scenario goes as far as the dentist goes. They have great technology with computer modeling of my teeth & more, which the prior dentist I had fell short. Although it's still not super close to my home, still easier than going to Wheaton and worth the drive. Overall, I highly recommend Colesville Dentistry.

I found someone even better, just 5 minutes from my home! Colesville Dentistry is amazing. Their office staff is very friendly, their office is big, bright and clean, with state of the art equipment and both the dentists and dental assistants are all highly skilled, professional and very knowledgeable. I am one to always ask questions because I can't see into my own mouth and I'm curious to know exactly what's going on. The dentists have been patient with me, explaining everything in detail and even taking photos of the procedure so I can have a clear understanding of my dental health. I highly recommend them!

I'm 64 years old and I've had as much radiation for tonsil cancer earlier in life that a human can survive. And fortunately it worked, and cured it. But my teeth were a casualty. I was told I'd have "tooth problems forever" and it was the truth. But to my immense good fortune I've found the most wonderful dentist who has cared for me and my family (and several of my friends) for years. Whatever goes wrong, he fixes it. And no matter what work has to be done, he gets it done and it's 100% painless every time. To look at my teeth, you'd never know I have chronic tooth problems because he keeps them in such good shape both structurally and cosmetically. To complicate matters, I can't open my mouth as wide as normal people can. My jaw muscles are very tight from the radiation. So performing dental work in my mouth is particularly challenging. But Dr. Liebeskind is always patient and understanding and talented enough to perform whatever needs to be done, never complaining about how difficult I make it for him. It would be fine if he wasn't also one of the nicest people I've ever met. But he is. And I wouldn't complain if he didn't have the nicest, most professional staff. But he does. I enjoy seeing them as I do old friends. I'm retired from a leadership position at the FDA where I knew countless physicians of all stripes. And then I served as a hospital VP for 8 years and worked closely with literally hundreds more doctors. I don't throw superlatives for doctors around lightly. Dr. Liebeskind is the best dentist, period. These days as I'm retired to Delaware I drive 3 hours to see him, and I'd drive farther if I had to. You don't know how lucky you are to have found him. The whole office runs like clockwork and is truly client-centric. I have never been kept waiting past my appointment in almost 10 years of patronage. I've had cleanings and fillings but mostly crowns; all feel and look wonderful. Fees are reasonable for top-notch dentistry. In fact I have dental coverage through my Kaiser Permanente health plan but have never used it since I wouldn't think of changing dentists!

Dr. Park was honest when I came in for a second opinion and assured me that that number of fillings was not necessary and only filled the cavities that needed them. Additionally, Dr. Park has excellent bedside manner and is very gentle when doing dental work. I was very comfortable during the fillings I did have done (didn't even feel it--and i've had many painful dental experiences as a kid) and he makes sure to keep you in the loop during the process so you're not taken by surprise by anything (during regular cleanings too). He is very transparent about things that you may need to keep a close eye on and provides helpful suggestions for what you can do to prevent issues from getting further. Also her communication skills make procedures cumbersome, for example she is not good at conducting X-rays, she is silent and expects you to know she's about to toss the heavy X-ray blanket on you, and how to move your head or hold your mouth when inserting the X-ray into your mouth, then she blames her bad X-rays on the patient. Unfortunately Victoria is the only hygienist at Silver Spring Dental Arts, they do not have any other options.

As unusual of an experience a root canal can be (and in mine she encountered surprises that she overcame seamlessly) she somehow made it pleasant and relaxing. Afterwards, she warned me of the pain that I would experience when the local anesthesia wore off, but I only feel a mild tenderness in the area now that it has. If you need a root canal, I would highly recommend her. You won't regret the choice.
