I had a good feeling about them as soon as Aida responded to my request for info. She got in touch within minutes, the price she quoted me was reasonable, she was flexible with scheduling, and I could tell she was friendly and kind. We made the cleaning appointment for the end of what had been a long day of moving for my husband and me, and the team did a beautiful job. My dad's apartment was, in a word, gross. It reeked of cigarette smoke and my sister's room had a few layers of grime all it's own, but Aida and her crew worked quickly and efficiently, and the place is now spotless and smells fresh. My husband and I can't believe the transformation! But what really makes Multilingual stand out from other companies is Aida's remarkable empathy and warmth. When we did the initial walkthrough of the apartment I told her a little about why I was the one dealing with the cleaning (my dad is hospitalized and my sister died), and she responded with sincere concern and kindness. I was also keyed up because of how busy the day had been, and I was grateful for Aida's positivity and calming presence. The whole crew were friendly and professional.

I requested a focus on the floors - all hardwood and tile - but that was not satisfactory (bathrooms seemed to be their focus and ours are tiny). They charge by the hour and the very sweet staff worked verrrrrry slowly as the clock ticked to an enormous amount of time/$ for a 1000sf house with just two living in it. It appeared to be a subcontracting set up, with poor communication. Maybe you will have better luck than we did.

She managed to clean all three levels of my house (3K+ sq ft, where we have 3 huskies living) to such an extent that my chronic asthma settled down about halfway through the day. She has a regular customer in me now. I would highly recommend her for anyone who wants to support a locally owned and operated mom shop who also needs someone who pays attention to all the little details that are critical to getting a home truly clean.

Kristina and her team blow the competition out of the water. She's fairly priced where the average person can actually afford her, and her attention to detail in top notch. My home looks brand new again. She even took the time to scrape some goo type of substance of the floor. Any other cleaning company would have tried to get it up, but if it didn't come up quickly then they would have moved on. She took the time to figure out what the substance was and use the appropriate method to remove it without damaging my floors. Also, I have a black dog who sheds like crazy and white carpet. You wouldn't even know a dog lives here with how clean my home looks! There aren't many cleaning companies left that are priced well and offer this level of service. Give Kristina and her team a call. You won't be disappointed!

We are all so very, very pleased with their services. The rates are excellent, and their flexibility with scheduling when our calendar changes is so helpful. I made it clear to them that the house had been vacant for several years, needed a deep cleaning and had had some contracting work done. The $169 price would not apply since it needed a thorough scrubbing, so the price was $220. Sounded fine to me. When the one person crew (Kelly) arrived at the house, she complained that the house was dirty (ummmm....yeah), that there were dead bugs (bugs that could be sucked up with a vacuum. This house is not located near Godzilla's Japanese nuclear power plant. BFD.) and that the home was old (so what?). I made it clear at the outset that the house needed a deep cleaning rather than a quick wipe down. I was told by the manager (Steve?) that the price would be $500. WTF? Just an utter waste of time. Steve never asked any specific questions as to how dirty the house is nor did he say he wanted to come over to estimate it. I never underplayed how much work the home needed. I mean, if you clean houses for a living and you have ever seen a house that has been vacant for several years that has had contractors tromping through it (information that was FULLY disclosed), you know it's going to be dirty. And, folks, it's not as if it had any personal possessions or mounds of cereal or piles of underwear anywhere. It was a vacant house that needed a...deep cleaning. This business needs to be called "Primadonna in America."
