And you also commented that my carpet is old as if I asked and didn't know that myself. So yeah you came back and "cleaned" the mattress but besides that nothing else was done correctly.

Installation day was amazing as Joon and his team came in, got everything into place, and cleaned up the areas to better than when they got here. Joon then went over the features on our windows and even explained how we get to and clean the outsides of the glass. Wonderful man and amazing team. Since then, we have gotten copies of our warranty and the guarantees. And the company has reached out twice to ask if we have any questions and to ensure that we are happy with our windows. We are. Let me state that Rodney was very professional in every stage of the process. From initial contact by working with me to get an earlier scheduled time to sending an alert text when he was on his way for the appointment. He arrived a few minutes early and waited in his vehicle until my scheduled appointment time. He walked with me to see all the trouble areas and noticable stains. He explained what he would use to remove stains and what to expect when he finished. I had pet stains that discolored the carpet and Rodney stated he would do his best. I used DMV Carpet Cleaning Woodbridge to clean the first two levels of my single family home. The carpet was in bad condition and I wasn't sure that all of the stains would come out. My rug was ready in less than 5 days. Two years ago I allowed Stanley Steamer to clean this same rug and they did a very poor job. The manager even mentioned that there was soap residue left on the rug from the last service. Kingstowne specializes in high quality, Persian rugs, and other fiber blends that cannot be scrubbed down with simple soap and water. They not only clean, but they restore. The price was reasonable and I will use them again.
