Like I said, the staff was very courteous and nice, but I am hesitant to go back. *****Update***** I spoke with the owner directly, who was completely professional and apologetic. The first incident involved my daughter's graduation dress, which was obviously very important and sentimental to her. When we went to retrieve it, we were told they could not find it. I tried several times to reach the manager, but I did not receive a timely response or the level of concern I would expect when a customer's important garment goes missing. Thankfully, another customer who had mistakenly received my daughter's dress brought it back to the store, and we eventually got it back. However, in the meantime, my daughter was extremely stressed and upset, especially because of how important this dress was to her. Unfortunately, shortly afterward we had another issue. This time it was my daughter's hoodie. When we went to pick it up, we were told that the zipper had been broken during the cleaning process and that the hoodie had been sent to a tailor to have the zipper replaced. Mistakes can happen, and I understand that. But having two significant problems with two different garments in such a short period of time--and the poor communication surrounding the first incident--has been extremely frustrating. After these experiences, I have lost confidence in this location and unfortunately cannot recommend Tide Cleaners in New Providence.

We drop off at the front desk, they pick up on specific days and bring it back on specific days. Pricing-wise, they are much more affordable than most. I wish there was an app where one could easily let them know what needs to be done, or tell them if you need something hemmed or fixed, but that is wishful thinking I guess. Their cleaning is pretty good, not the best I have seen, but certainly the best for their price point. I will be using them moving forward.
