He didn't bother asking if I needed anything, even though I stood at the counter where I had chosen what I wanted to get for a few minutes before I had to ask him if he could grab something for me. Still didn't say a word. I chose 2 items and said thank you...still no response. He rang my stuff up and didn't tell me what my total was, just expected me to read it off the register as he continued to wrap my things up. Handed my bag to me and I said I appreciate it, not one word out of his mouth. I mean...my bad for coming into your shop I guess. He made it very apparent that he was unhappy I came in. Good customer service goes a long way and unfortunately the customer service I received tonight was really bad...I mean, the only "good job" I'll give in this review is for making it very uninviting and uncomfortable. If I'm not mistaken, you make commission off sales there. Sorry I put some extra money in your pocket in the last 10 minutes of your shift, bud. I'll just go somewhere else next time. Literally the best interaction I've had with staff there since Alex left. Peter was super knowledgable on product, he gave great recs on some merch and didnt make me feel like I was bothering him by asking a question (like my last few encounters). In fact I bought more than I intended because his descriptions of products were so detailed and appealing. Thank you Peter, I truly appreciate the dope interaction.

Very unprofessional and would never recommend anyone to shop there also because of cost. It's just a hole in the wall. Family owned, the owners son was there in the middle of a mass delivery day. He over heard the type of humidor I was looking for, which I did not see on display, and he proceeded to open up boxes so I could see the new ones that just came in!
