Management here is terrible. The one guy who was knowledgeable and always there he no longer works there. He was funny and always helpful when we came in. I think his name was Hunter.. It's unfortunate when a place gets a bad review and it's literally because of one employee, and he was the only employee there. Sorry I came in 15 minutes before you closed, but...you're still open so my apologies you have to actually still do your job. There was no greeting when I walked in. He didn't bother asking if I needed anything, even though I stood at the counter where I had chosen what I wanted to get for a few minutes before I had to ask him if he could grab something for me. Still didn't say a word. I chose 2 items and said thank you...still no response. He rang my stuff up and didn't tell me what my total was, just expected me to read it off the register as he continued to wrap my things up. Handed my bag to me and I said I appreciate it, not one word out of his mouth. I mean...my bad for coming into your shop I guess. He made it very apparent that he was unhappy I came in. Good customer service goes a long way and unfortunately the customer service I received tonight was really bad...I mean, the only "good job" I'll give in this review is for making it very uninviting and uncomfortable. If I'm not mistaken, you make commission off sales there. Sorry I put some extra money in your pocket in the last 10 minutes of your shift, bud. I'll just go somewhere else next time. Too often I would stop by to grab whatever I'm grabbing and they more often than not anymore have a "be back soon" sign in the window. Waiting 15-20 minutes for whoever is working to return. read more

This place was awesome and the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly! I broke my piece at 10:30pm on a Monday and they got me all set up in about 15 min with a new one. I was visiting from out of town and it couldn't have been more convenient! I totally forgot the guys name who was helping me but he was so knowledgeable and nice. My friend gave me an old vape, so I thought they could help me buy a new coil. Instead they couldn't tell me what kind of coil I needed, instead he offered for me to buy a new one SMOK at 50. that device was way too powerful for my one battery vape and I brought it back the next day and he gave me a credit towards buying another vape. two weeks after purchasing that NEW SMOK device broke and will not hold the batteries inside. All done when I went back the only thing the offer to do was give me another discount on buying something else they wouldn't take the device that was defective so it was poor customer service yesterday tried to remedy it the first time I went back to that smokeshop three different damn times because I thought it was going to be helpful hope the small business owner get in there and turns out the window it's not in their favour I don't wanna help anybody out so don't bother. Totally rude staff, especially the girl who wears a beanie and is on a power trip. A questioned a price of al$6.49 for plastic grommet that is literally spare parts from hookahs that usually costs 25 cents to $1 at most or just comes with hookah bowls, which I bought. She got angry with me for questioning the price. And then said "thanks for giving us your money" as Im leaving. Definitely don't trust this place with my credit card info either. Notifying my bank to look out for fraudulent charges. The worst experience ever. read more
