Cost: $15,000 for Abdominal and Chest Total body fat percentage shaved and trimmed off was about 4%, although according to my body scan I lost fat in my legs and arms too, probably from my increased cardio from my cut in my workouts. Occupation: Police Officer I've been working out 6 days a week since 2019. I was struggling to lose some stubborn body fat around the abdominal region and struggled with Gyno around my chest region from being a vegetarian as a child and eating a lot of soy. I sought out survey now that I was making some decent $$$. The nurse, staff, and Dr. Alford were all extremely polite, and humorous during the procedure. The actual procedure itself took about 3 hours and you're extremely medicated and loopy. Even with the medication the pain itself was probably a 6/10 and i literally felt like I was being cut open and probed. I guess at the time it sucked but biting down on a towel helped a lot but it was worth it because there are immediate results and I'm so much happier with my chest region. I feel like all my muscles I've been working for my pecs are now actually showing since all the fat there is gone. The abdominal region I think needs more time to fully heal and close up but it does certainly look a lot more leaner and V shaped. I would recommend this place, but also would recommend Xsculpt if you're a man. They have more male oriented procedures. I chose to leave an honest review instead so others don't end up in the same situation I am in... Like many women, I have always been unhappy with the state of my stomach. Diet and exercise couldn't seem to give me the flat stomach I desired so I turned to cool sculpting as liposuction seemed to be for more extreme cases and was much more expensive. Upon my initial consultation a really nice woman told me I had a similar body to hers and since my problem area "wasn't too bad" that I should see desired results after one treatment. I proceeded with cool sculpting, and not only was I unhappy with the outcome, the healing process proved very difficult. I was told some "slight tenderness" was in order, but what I had was weeks of lumps under my skin that painfully needed to be rubbed out on several re-visits. It felt like someone was pressing fire onto bruises. I didn't notice anything in the way of results so another very nice woman explained that two treatments were needed, and the woman who told me I only needed one was "let go" for giving me misinformation. I spent $2500 on the first treatment which I was being told would be completely wasted without a second treatment of $2100. The second treatment brought more of the same. Extreme pain to the point that I couldn't sleep on anything but my back, calling into work because I couldn't put on pants due to the painful lumps, dizziness, nausea, and this time a swollen stomach for over three weeks that left me looking 8 months pregnant. The woman who preformed the cool sculpting had me meet with the owner Irfan who insisted my case wasn't normal, and they would contact the rep for the cool sculpting to see what could be done. Since my treatment, the second nice woman has also been let go... I lost ten pounds through diet and exercise from the beginning of my first cool sculpting to the end of my second, and I am left looking larger than I did before I had the procedure done in the first place. It's like I am permanently swollen. After months of back and forth and meeting with another doctor (think about ten extra visits in total for complications and viewings), I was told the only thing they were willing to do was another round of treatment for free. If something caused you the worst pain of your life and to be larger than you were in the first place, would you want to put yourself through that again? I explained I understood I signed something saying that results may vary, but no where did it say I would have REVERSE results and such an incredibly painful healing process/recovery. I'm now out $4600 I saved YEARS for with zero compassion from the owner who viewed my horrific situation himself. In fact one of his emails even said, "If the treatment was so painful why did you opt for second round of treatment," and referred to my pain as "alleged" even though he met me with personally on one of my many visits. I found the entire interaction condescending and unprofessional. He acted as if offering me $300 of my $4600 was so incredibly generous. It wouldn't even cover my missed wages or gas for all my follow up visits. Also, I opted for a second round of treatment the same way women opt for another child. Sure giving birth it is painful, but the results are supposed to be worth it right? I was told I wouldn't see any results without it. My mistake for trusting this practice. Do yourself a favor and save your money. They have zero bedside manner, and if your procedure goes awry, don't expect any kind of compensation or compassion. I scheduled a consultation in February, after the Doctor listened to my concerns, she recommended a Halo Laser treatment to promote collagen growth combined with BBL for dark spots spots due to aging. While she made recommendations that would give me the best long term results, she completely respectful of my right to make the decision. I was extremely anxious about a laser treatment because I had a fraxel laser treatment a number of years ago that resulted in scarring that was slow to heal. I was worried about downtime and potential damage. Dr. B told me downtime was 5 days and I am a slow healer so I was skeptical. I asked about the number of procedure they had done and they definitely had the completed significant number so I chose the Halo Laser with BBL for my face, neck and chest. I recommend Halo because the procedures are doctor supervised and the treatments were performed by a laser technician that had done over 100 procedures. My face, neck and chest were numbed and I thought the procedure was minimally painful, and the discomfort was tolerable. Included in the treatment plan were medications that would minimize related ancillary issues, i.e. cole sores, swelling. Additionally they included products to speed recovery. Over and above, I got a text message the next day, SUNDAY, to check on me and asked for pictures to see my progress! The practice followed up for the next days. I have had procedures with other doctors and couldn't even get a call back so I thought this was exceptional. True to their word, I was able to be on a Zoom call three days later. My tenacious brown spots disappeared or were significantly lightened. My eye area looks better and it takes several months to fully appreciate the benefits of collagen growth. My friend said I looked refreshed, relaxed and overall better. I highly recommend the Halo Laser and BBL treatment and this is the place to go.
