About a year ago, I received Botox injections from Virginia. For context, I've had Botox several…read moretimes in the past at other locations without any issues. During this visit, she treated my forehead and the area between my eyes, and strongly insisted that I also treat my crow's feet--even after I explained that I typically don't do that area. Despite my hesitation, she continued to push for additional units, which already made me feel uneasy. Unfortunately, the results turned out poorly. The Botox looked uneven, and I experienced significant side effects. My eyes became extremely dry, heavy, and uncomfortable--to the point where I had to keep a warm, damp cloth over them for several hours a day, for nearly three months, just to get relief. I eventually saw an actual physician who specializes in Botox injections to figure out what went wrong. I was told that I had been injected with far too many units, placed too deeply, and too close to my eyes. I truly wish Virginia had listened to me instead of pressuring me into more units. I've spent a lot of money at this clinic in the past for various treatments, and honestly, the way I was treated after this happened was very disappointing. When I spoke with Virginia on the phone about the side effects, she repeatedly questioned whether something else was going on with me--as if I was exaggerating or making up what I was experiencing, despite suffering for nearly three months. I was very disappointed and do not recommend this clinic! I would pay the additional few bucks per unit and go to an experienced injector and someone who actually listens to you.

I saw results since the first treatment, although every skin is different, so results might vary; however, the treatment was done in a clean space with all the detail and care I needed. Full body hair removal can be intimidating, Dr Harb and darling Aester treated me like a princess and made not only confident but comfortable. After a few sessions, I was a happy hairless gal :) I now do the treatment once in a while to maintain results. Lately, I only need it once a year. After that experience, I was ready for facial treatments; hidrafacial is my to-go treatment. I swear by it! My mixed and sensitive skin gave me problems for years.. I can't wear makeup daily, I need the natural look, so this treatment is a must. The change in my skin is immediate, and I love it, especially after a trip or when the weather changes. Next is microneedling. This fixed major skin issues. Aging spots, wrinkles, and marionette lines. Dr Harb recommended this treatment, and the results were evident the very next day. I now glow like a star. I've had the same treatment in scars and stretch marks around my body, and the difference it made gave me the confidence boost I needed for a bikini again! Finally, from the minute I called to make an appointment and isabella explained everything to me and every time I'm looking for an appointment, she organizes everything for my treatments and makes sure the timing is just right! The cozy slippers were a nice touch! My massage therapist took the time to ask about my concerns (stiff shoulders and neck) and checked in throughout to make sure the pressure was right. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, dim lighting, peaceful music, and even a heated table. By the end, I sincerely felt so much better.
