I liked Tom right off and was impressed with the prompt response I received from Jennifer for the scheduled appointments, job quote, and I was satisfied with the estimated price to complete the work. The job was not without challenges, including removing the old fence and materials, realignment and replacement as needed of all of the existing posts, and building the new wooden fence one picket at a time.
