My phone was left OPEN in front of the tech, yet the shape of my nails are way off and when I pointed out the fact that they're too sharp on one end and way too round on the other I got attitude and she literally got up and moved seats with another nail tech and he spent 10 minutes fixing and filing the round parts down. Looked at the photo and said "if you want all that design it's $65" ol girl comes back not happy and paints my nails. She didn't want to do the design "I don't know if I can do that I'll try" when I said "that's exactly why I asked when I walked in!" And she says nothing. she adds just the black and asks "that's good?" "No I would like it done exactly how I'm paying for it". She said she'd "try" and try is the best I got out of it because attention to detail was not there and in hindsight it might "still look good" it wasn't what I asked for. Period. The shape is completely wrong and they were supposed to be a comic book style. Not what I got. At all. If people are willing to support your place, give them what they want with at least DECENT service.
