Found this nail shop on Yelp. I'm so glad I did. We are traveling in our 5th wheel and I was in need of a gel Pedicure and gel Manicure. My nails were a mess from being out for over 30 days with no nail care. My tech was Stan and he was amazing! I felt bad my toes needed ingrown nail care and he was flawless, so caring and meticulous in his work!! I highly recommend this shop and you won't be disappointed!! read more

Absolutely horrible. We made an appointment for pedicures and showed up on time. The staff was friendly but the service was awful. My toenails were painted and I guess they used old polish. It came off in the shower after 24 hours. The parts that didn't come off were goopy. Not one bit worth the $50 pedi. Do not recommend. read more

Took my two 10 year olds in to get a set of Valentine's Day nails and they sat and talked in another language among themselves for five minutes while we stood there awkwardly. Then a woman came up and said no they could only polish because my kids were too young! Never had that issue and don't appreciate being told how to parent. We went to Nichole's and were serviced perfectly fine no issues! First time we have ever been turned down for a kids set, I don't think anyone wanted to put in any effort to do two sets. read more

My mom were visiting my grandmother down in Sierra Vista and we went to Tam's to get manicures and pedicures for my magician fathers memorial service in Tucson. I was once a celebrity nail artist myself in Beverly Hills many moons ago, so when I asked about doing nail art I wasn't sure if they were going to be able to replicate what I was looking for. It's so nice to receive exceptional service after working in the industry for so long. My pedicure was so amazing!! If you're in Sierra Vista and in need of a full set Tam's is the place to go! Now it might be a bit biased because I have yet to try another nail salon here but with the trust of yelp and the reviews other customers left for them I knew I was going to be in good hands. The first time I went in I showed them what I wanted based on a photo that was uploaded on here and was referred to Vee. She was in the middle of a fill and told me there would be a 15 min wait if I didn't mind. She sat me next to her station and her husband prepped my nails so I wouldn't wait much longer and then she began putting on the gel. The color gel she uses is more nude than pink and I told her I wanted a more pinkish color. She grabbed 3 different shades of pink and swatched them so I can get an idea of how it would looked. As you can see from the photos it's a pink and white set with the ombré style. I'm so happy with the outcome! They also do appointments which is convenient if you don't want to wait. Today I went in for a fill and she took her time to make sure every detail was done correctly she remembered me and which color powder we used and I was impressed because I remembered the name of the color incase she forgot. We added gems to give the set an extra look Everyone here is nice and friendly, you don't get that weird vibe you get at nails salons when you feel like they're talking about you in their language. Vee who I'm assuming is the owner was calling everyone by their first name so she remembers you and gives you that personal experience which is great and shows that she has loyal customers. Overalll, I was concerned where I was going to get my nails because Sierra Vista is a small town but I couldn't be more than happy to find a place where I can get quality beautiful nails! read more

I called to check if this business accepted walk-ins. Yes! I gave my name and arrived within 30 minutes. I was greeted with a smile and the lady who took my call remembered and addressed me several times by name. She checked on me and made sure that I was satisfied with my color choice. I have been in the area a few weeks and this was the second salon I tried. Very satisfied with my manicure so I got a pedicure as well. I wish that I had found this spot first. I was in town with my husband visiting friends and I came here to get a mani/pedi. My friend said she's went to ever salon in town and this is the one she only goes to now because of how awesome they are. We had appointments which I recommended instead of just walking in! We got right in and started with our pedicures. We were in the chair for an hour getting pampered which is amazing since other places I've been tend to rush and get you on your way. We are new to town and found this place on Yelp. I called and we got same day appt. I even received a text from them confirming the appt. We arrived and they were super busy. We waited about 30 minutes before we were seen. The pedicures cost were on the higher side especially since there was no paraffin wax for your feet. A friend invited me to join her at Tam's for pedicures. I had never had one before so I was seriously unsure of what to expect. I was even a little uncomfortable about the whole process. But I went. A lovely young lady named Rex was my technician. She was absolutely brilliant! She was kind and very skilled. Now my tired hikers feet feel and look great! I would definitely recommend. I almost forgot to mention that my friend's technician was named Danny (I think. I apologize if I am wrong. He was the only man there though.) My friend who is infinitely more experienced with nail services than myself said that he was really good and she will definitely be returning. Overall the facility was clean and very pleasant. Most certainly recommend! I called and made a same day appointment for a mani/pedi. I was in the chair like 5 minutes past my appt time (no biggie to me). I got the hot stone pedi and it was lush. My legs and feet are always so sore and tired (I'm active duty Army). I let them know I had to get natural color and they happily assisted me in choosing a color. I got the dip mani and it's perfect. I am in love with this salon!! Cathy does such a wonderful job on my nails and my feet. Just beautiful!!! She did my pedicure in July and the gel polish just started coming off the last two weeks and it's Sept 4th already! So a month and a half!! This means they keep their polish new and fresh! Went into tam's nails today had to wait which I didn't mind because I didn't make an appointment I got an excellent pedicure by kathy, unfortunately I was saddened by my fullset the ombré was the ombré I showed a photo of. They are also way to curvy which was odd never had my nails this curvy. I loved how kind they were just disappointed that a fullset costed me 90 with cuticle clean up. The pedicure was worse it but def not the fullset. read more
