I ended up getting a seat within seven minutes and it was really cool because I did not have to wait. The gentleman at the front was really nice when asking me to check in. There are only about five waiting chairs, but they are really comfortable. The gentleman started the water for me and alerted my nail tech. My nail tech was very friendly, and I had a great experience with her, but overall the worst part about all of it was how rushed she was. I had over 45 minutes until they closed for my pedicure but she acted like the building needed to be evacuated! Still, I must say that I've never gotten so many compliments on my toenails as I have this time around. I will absolutely be back!

Since I change my French tip to white she didn't let the white dry all the way and now it chipping from the side . Just felt like it was very unprofessional and i didn't even get to enjoy my pedicure. Really wish I would've read the reviews before coming in go to Milano nail spa they'll do a better job and better service there not rude there That's the issue , I did tell you what's was wrong and what I just kept getting ignored. - and I shouldn't have to be 2 hrs for a pedicure I even ask if I could get another lady and you still ignored that. Maria did a great job trimming all my cuticle skin...didn't feel rushed or dismissed just because I was getting the simplest item on the menu. She was also very nice. I tried another place for a gel mani recommended by a local friend and hated it so I came back here for my birthday nails. Andy was amazing. Look how carefully he painted my tips!!! And he filed my nailed EXACTLY the way I like them. It's uncomfortable sometimes when nail tech makes you feel awkward for asking for specifics and I like my nails long and filed a certain way, he totally understood what I wanted and why- and delivered. He did a great job and it was so fast without being rushed. I love this place. I'll be back. They give you complimentary cocktails while you get serviced ha! It's nice to see the other staff laughing and joking with their clients, too. It's lovely to find a nail salon 15 minutes from home with excellent quality, speed, and reasonable prices. The actual service wasn't any better. I requested an almond shape, and he just filed my nails to the point where it was painful. The drill hurt and the shaping was uneven. I also felt over charged for what should have been a simple fill. Within a few days, my nails started lifting and even getting caught in my hair. Not only is that frustrating it's a sign of poor application. They already look terrible, and it hasn't even been a week. Overall, I had an awful experience here. My friend completed her nails and no one ever came to do my nails after another 45 mins sitting there. They completely forgot about me and didn't offer anything in return for the bad service I'd recommend a better system of handling guests once in the salon, they seem to use paper and my paper was easily forgotten, I'd also recommend managing reservations vs walk ins better
