Went here for the first time and was surprised by how efficient and how professional the nails looked. I got a regular manicure, which was $20, and the nail polish looks very shiny-similar to gel! If you don't want to mess up your nails, you can pay before you finish the manicure. The lady who painted my nails didn't speak much, but she was very nice and gave a great arm massage. I went on a Saturday for a pedicure, they were busy but I got seated quick, which I thought was nice. The woman filled up the tub with water and then left, nowhere to be found. I sat there for about 30 minutes, water now cold, before someone finally came to do my service. And when she did, she wouldn't stop talking about how I had clipped my nails crooked, how my toes were gross because some of my spray tan seeped onto my nail bed, all while trying to upsell me on a manicure at the same time! Not to mention, her cuticle work HURT and left my toes red even still as I'm typing this, almost 12 hours later. I also noticed they offer drinks, but apparently don't offer them like that, because nobody in this busy place had one. I was offered one (I assume because of the long wait) but I honestly thought they didn't serve any because literally no one else had one. I've been to many spas and I always see 90% of people with a drink. I just thought that was weird. On the bright side, I don't know what kind of wine they had, but I got a nice buzz, kind of unusual for me after just 1. Idk, maybe the lady slipped something in it so I wouldn't notice the horrible service they were providing. I won't be returning. read more

Prior to coming, I called and asked if they had availability for 2 pedicures and 1 dip manicure and I was told they had availability. Once I arrived, we were sat in the chairs and they began to run the water. As we sat there for almost 1 hour before someone came to start our nails, the water overflowed out of the bowl. We asked them multiple times when someone would come to start our nails and the response was short and rude and "5 minutes just wait okay". We were then told they were short staffed which is not their fault but a smart business would tell someone that before sitting them down. I didn't end up getting a pedicure or a manicure as someone came to start my toes after I was there for an hour. My girlfriend got a pedicure but a bad one. I got a gel polish change and was charged $35 just for that. When we told them how long we were there and explained the situation, the workers were extremely rude and were talking extremely loud. I would never go to this place ever again. Horrible customer service. read more

Don't go. Unless you want disparaging comments made about you, to be overcharged, and be there for over two hours. So first I call to see it there's a wait, I am assured there is not only to go and wait for twenty minutes for someone to begin working on my nails. Then I am ridiculed because I ask for my index and middle figure to be slightly shorter since I wear contacts. She tells me she won't do french because the white will look bad so I change my color to a light pink. Two hours later. Yes TWO HOURS LATER-she is finishing. My thumb dip powder is lumpy and thick, but at this point I just want to get the heck out of there. By the way, she has told me I look tired x5 and asked if I was in high school. I'm 28. I just want to pay my $50 (yes $50) and leave. So she puts the top coat on and tells me to wait 5 minutes and I am determined to not mess up my nails so I can go home. One minute later, she comes by and touches my nails-completely freaking ruining them. I ask her if she can do shellac so they won't get messed up. She says no and that shellac will take longer. I tell her I know shellac takes literally 60 seconds and won't get messed up. She insists that we do it her way so I'm like ok whatever. She puts her top coat on. Comes back another minute later AND MESSES THEM UP AGAIN BY TOUCHING THEM. By this time I am the only person in the salon. I got there at 6:15 and it's now 8:20. Finally she concedes and does the top coat in shellac. Definitely go to this place if you want to spend a ton of money, be criticized by your manicurist, and be there for over two hours. read more

I enjoy coming here for an hour of relaxation while I get my nails done. I'm told the dip manicure by Kayley (sp?) It's excellent, strong but thin, however I haven't tried that here yet. Jen does an amazing, very detailed job on pedicures and plain old manicures. The ladies working there make you feel as though you're their top priority, and they assist and communicate well with one another, ensuring that each patron is catered to. I love the color but that's about it. The shape was wonky and very flat on the top. Wouldn't recommend if you prefer claw curved nails and not flat ones or want a difficult shape of nail. My experience was not great. I called ahead to tell them that I would be there in 30 minutes and gave my name. I told them that my four year old would be with me. They said they could accommodate us. We show up on time, and we still had to wait... which was fine for a little while, but it turned into at least 15-20 minutes. The water got cold on our feet, and I had to ask for a pillow for my daughter as she was about to fall into the foot sink. I have worked in the service industry before, so I always try to be polite whenever possible. The woman who did my daughter's nails was nice. I bought in on the upselling for the upgrade for the pedicure as that nail technician was very nice as well. The manicure technician seemed polite at first, and I agreed to the upgraded hot wax treatment which comes with a half of a neck massage. After my hands were done, I asked her to do a "skull" design on my ring finger... as I'm a punk rock chick, and I wanted one. I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted. She made jokes and ultimately refused to do it. I thought she was kidding about that last part, but she said, "no, I like your nails how they are." And she left. I left very good tips for everyone especially since the work was well, but I was very disappointed and insulted by the experience. read more

Well I didn't take my own advice and went here again on Wednesday May 19, 2021. My husband and I came to get a nice pedicure before our trip to San Antonio. My husband's technician was awesome. Mine sucked. Normally you get a great massage along with it, this girl was the worst person I have EVER had for a technician. She pretty much watched the movie playing the whole time, barely any interaction as far as talking, just pushing my feet and legs around. She NEVER touched my toes during the massage or my legs. Just a couple very light rubs on the bottom of my foot, literally rubbed lotion on with two swipes. She was hurried to keep up with the girl doing my husband's feet, so needless to say, I got the sh$&@iest pedicure ever. Oh also the water was too hot and my feet were RED. I picked a gel polish, which is $20 more, and the top coat wasn't even shiny like it's supposed to be. (She tried rubbing the cuticle oil on it to make it shiny, like I was too stupid to realize what she was trying to hide). Two pedicures cost me $120, plus a tip (if it were up to me, my husband's technician would have gotten both tips) So. I hope this helps someone. I wish I would have gotten her name. But by that time, I was so pissed I had to get out of there before I said something I would regret... Buyer beware. read more
