Both of our children love their time at Alden and have developed a strong love for learning. Their growth has been amazing to witness. The teachers demonstrate care and expertise on a daily basis. Their staff is responsive, supportive, and transparent. The questions, issues, and feedback we have had over the years have been met with openness and a sense of partnership. Our children are precious and the most important things in our life. The teachers and administrators at Alden understand this and embrace their responsibilities in a way that instills confidence and comfort. My only concern is that they only offer up through 3rd grade!

My 4 year old had an accident and they put him in random extra clothes they had instead of the ones in his back pack. They put his dirty clothes in the backpack so wondering if they are just blind to fact he has extra clothes in there (2nd time in a row this has happened). Not really happy with this location..and will continue to favor Parker Square, which is great and I never have these issues. Update this to 3 stars. They did put him in his backup clothes today, but didn't a previous day. Still didn't feed them.

He gives such great feedback to the athletes. It doesn't matter if you're a basic or advanced stunter. They have people of all ranges that show up. Ryan is really great about making his way around to everyone. He makes an effort to learn everyone's name and get to know them. You feel right at home there. In most gyms stunt classes I have to do a lot of coaching with my girls. The people running the class like to stick around the more advanced stunters because that's more "fun" to work with. But Ryan is great and makes sure to work with everyone. It's great when you find a coach who actually knows what they're doing and clearly enjoys what they do! I have an infant and a husband who travels. I LOVE that I'm allowed to bring my son with me. Granted I keep him in the carrier the whole time, I worry about someone stepping on him. But I'm so appreciative of a gym that will allow me to work with my girls and have my son with me! Talk about family friendly! If you're in high school thinking about cheering in college, you're in college looking for somewhere to stunt or you're old like me and just like to see if you can still do a few skills I definitely recommend going here on Thursday nights at 8:15. The facility was neatly decorated, impressive security, clean and very pleasant atmosphere. Each classroom and playground is equipped with cameras and the teacher to student ratio was just what we was looking for. They have their own chef that provides fresh nutritional meals and snack on a daily basis. I like the fact that they prepare them for regular school and theolder they get they get to wear uniforms and each classroom is different and handle things according to age. The teachers have always been amazing, my current decisions come from the over all unprofessionalism coming from the schools director. Since she has taken the Position of director, I have seen employees who had worked there for many years leave, parents who had been enrolled since their child was 12weeks old pull their children after years, and the culture of the environment has drastically declined. The schools director is very rude, unprofessional in how she speaks and treats parents and teachers. Its gotten to the point where I have seen her bully children of parents and employees she doesn't like. where I have seen both teachers and parents leave the center because of her actions toward their children. Again this post saddens me to write. I loved this center, i love the owners, and I will miss all of the amazing teachers who raised my children. If the director ever changes or leaves, I would gladly return but until that time I have to seek child care else where.

We have enjoyed watching her grow through their programs and are continually amazed at the quality of care she receives. Within a week of starting she was learning baby signs, new words, and both gross and fine motor skills. The daily reports and pictures we receive give us piece of mind and allow us to reinforce what she is learning at school. We cloth diaper and they have been very accommodating of the extra work this involves. Ms. Katie, the director, is wonderful! She makes us feel like family and has addressed any questions or concerns we've had over the last year quickly. We recently welcomed a second child and everyone at the school has been great about checking in on the rest of the family. They are excited and ready to take him once I have to return to work reducing the stress associated with such a big transition. Pricing is very reasonable for the quality of care and the facility is always very clean. They recently did a bunch of painting and deep cleaning around the school. I am always amazed at the creativity of the teachers when it comes to decorating their classrooms for the different holidays and seasons.

This was the only school that was willing to accommodate my early potty training, and continue to work with her on it!The teacher to student ratios are better than i have ever seen and they ACTUALLY stick to them. (I never understood how a 5:1 ratio for infants is possible. 0-17 month group is 3:1 here) Every time I go to drop her off, I feel great about having my daughter attend the school. Teachers are so patient and loving!! I love all of them. The head of the school Brandy is amazing at communicating and makes everything easy. I drive 1.5 hours some days to get to work so I can keep her in this school.

My son was enrolled in Guidepost Flower Mound's Spanish Immersion program for 18 months, and we rarely went more than a month without a major change or staff turnover. We stayed as long as we did because the Guides caring for our son were excellent, but they have all since left the school. Over time, it became apparent that there were significant issues behind the scenes. The atmosphere among staff often felt tense, and the administration was not transparent with families about changes affecting the school. Important decisions were typically communicated only after they had already been made. We ultimately decided to withdraw when the school announced the closure of the Spanish Immersion program. The announcement was sent to parents on a Friday evening and gave just two weeks' notice that children would be separated into existing classes. It offered only vague suggestions about future Spanish language instruction. There was no attempt to consult with parents beforehand, despite administrators stating the program had been under review for months. Attempts to seek clarification afterward were met with vague responses rather than clear answers. The final disappointment has been the handling of our deposit. In March, both the Head of School and administrators at TNC Schools confirmed in writing that our deposit would be returned. Several months later, we are still waiting. There has been no communication since March and no explanation for the delay. It is difficult to understand why a commitment made clearly and explicitly in writing has not been honored. Having toured many Montessori schools in the area, my impression is that Guidepost is priced as a premium option for local families. While every family must decide for themselves whether that cost is justified, our experience of constant staff turnover, program instability, poor communication, lack of transparency, and the school's failure to follow through on its written commitment to return our deposit did not reflect the level of professionalism and stability we expected. For those reasons, I cannot recommend the school to other families.
