We had an outstanding experience with Seige Construction and Colby Robinson on our bathroom remodel…read morefrom start to finish. The entire team was professional, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work. Communication was excellent throughout the project. They kept us informed every step of the way, showed up when they said they would, and treated our home with care and respect. The craftsmanship is exceptional--every detail, from the tile work to the fixtures and finishing touches, was completed with precision and pride. Our new bathroom exceeded our expectations. It's beautiful, functional, and feels like a luxury spa. The project was completed on time, and any questions or minor adjustments were handled promptly and professionally. It's refreshing to work with a contractor who delivers exactly what they promise. We highly recommend Seige Construction to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and customer-focused team for a bathroom remodel. We couldn't be happier with the final result!

BEWARE Beware of working with Siege Construction. They did…read morea major repair to my deck 2 years ago, informing me that I did not need a permit as it was not a teardown. The work was completed in a timely fashion, however a bit of damage was done. After a bit of back and forth they paid for the stones they damaged, but not the concrete they poured onto another, nor the dirt that they sneakily moved into my garden beds where I could not tell until back there (no where near the work). One year later, there were problems with the wrapping on the posts failing. Their repair seemed inadequate, but I assumed Colby knew what he was doing. THAT was a HUGE mistake. Now, two years later I receive a violation notice from the City of Manassas that my deck work is in violation due to no permit. It turns out that ANY work beyond replacing deck boards requires a permit. Now, Siege refuses to take responsibility, first suggesting that I told him I wanted to the work without a permit. That makes no sense, there is a trail of evidence of other work done at my house to dispute this. Both the original deck and an addition to it ten years later were both permitted and inspected. I have never knowingly allowed any work at my residence without a permit. I have also only accepted contracts where the contractor is responsible for that permit. The Siege contract is silent on the need for permits. Now, they are suggesting that I need to hire a drafting company to generate drawings and obtain a permit. I refuse as I feel it is Siege Construction's responsibility to address. I checked reviews with none disfavorable. I checked their license, which is in order. As a licensed General Contractor, it is their responsibility to know what is required to do work and assure that all requirements are met, regardless of who obtains the permits. However, I have never and would never take that responsibility. The real insult for injury is the lack of knowledge that Colby has. He seemed blissfully unaware of handrail requirements, which I called him on (he acknowledged after he apparently reviewed code. There are no guarantees even we as clients we due our due diligence. Worse, I have a policy of not ever writing negative reviews, favoring working it out with the business. That has failed horribly. I have since filed a formal complaint with DPOR and BBB.

I was amazed it came so clean. Paul, the owner, got back to my request for an estimate the same day and the work was quickly scheduled and finished. The price was very fair for all the work involved. I wish every service I contract for would go this smoothly.

So the other day I receive one not two estimates that's confusing me one estimate for both projects when I specifically requested two different estimates and waited an inordinate amount of time with several requests to get the estimate and then the guy sends me an estimate for one price not splitting off the two different things. Then he mentions the wrong side of damage garage when I had several different areas of concern lack of attention to detail for sure. Mr. Riggs does not respond to text messages or phone messages. It's frustrating to deal with him. Unfortunately, I gave him a sample which I'm sure I'll never see back. I requested him to return my sample of stucco back to me, I would not deal with this company. They take too long and they require numerous nudges from the customer to receive a simple estimate and this is not even summertime when it's busy it's low season so don't deal with this company. I had bad vibes not worth it.
