I was told afterward that I would need to be charged another hour ($130) on top of what I had paid in order to get a "complete" cleaning. This was beyond absurd. I had booked my service mentioning that my priority was to have my bathroom, kitchen and floors cleaned. The one hour service should have been a sufficient about of time to clean this space as my apartment is only 600 sq ft and everything including furniture have been removed on the day I had moved out. The two cleaners should have worked efficiently to do a better job of cleaning (if there really was two that came). After seeing the results, I took pictures of the significant amount of debris and dirt remaining on the floor because it was not swept and the inside door of the oven still left with residue and stains. Clearly the job was incomplete and not the level of service I requested or paid for. The company had a satisfaction guarantee that if I am not satisfied, I could call back and request a second cleaning. Unfortunately, I never got ahold of the office manger even after employees had left multiple voice messages with no response. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with this service. I had to resolve this issue by going back to my apartment to personally finish the work that was not done. I had to sweep the floors and scrub the inside of the oven door. This all could have been done in less than 30 mins for two cleaners. This is not the service I had anticipated and certainly did not meet my satisfaction. I hope that if you are reading this review, think twice before choosing this company and don't trust their satisfaction guarantee because it guaranteed nothing for me.
