He responded within seconds of my inquiry here on Yelp, was able to set up an appointment on less than two days notice, and when he and his partner came, they cleaned about 1500-2000 square ft of carpet in my house in less than 90 minutes, including two flights of stairs, they were crazy fast. They didn't rush things either, they moved some light furniture and rugs carefully, and used little plastic guards on the corners of the staircase and walls so that the hoses didn't chip the paint. Ok if you have no stains and want a steam clean quick pass through home. They Arrived 30min. late to start. Cleaning was not the best the outline of our carpet was left in living room we had to go over it with our shark steam cleaner 3 times to remove after their cleaning. This is the type of thing that should have been done by them. A spot that was ask to be remove looked barely touched and we spent an hour with our cleaner and it finally came up. cost was not the cheapest quote but also not the most expansive. read more

Pros: friendly, punctual, thorough, professional Cons: their machinery does not suck up as much water as other companies we've hired. It took 2 or three times as long for the floors to dry. They also didn't have a UV light or any way of detecting or specifically treating pet messes. I really appreciated them being on time and professional, but since I have a very old dog who is prone to messes inside, I think I'd have to find another service in the future. However, I would recommend them for simple, straightforward jobs. Just be ready for a longer drying time. read more

We purchased a home and the seller used Miguel's service. You can tell they did not even clean the carpet. The carpet still had a funky smell. There were no carpet pile in the opposite direction with each stroke of the vacuum. There was also footprints like a normal people walking on the carpet look. They did absolutely nothing and supposedly the seller paid them for this horrible job. Just cause the house was empty and no one watching over them they didn't do the work but took the payment. So be very aware and careful if you dare to use them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Just keep looking there's better businesses than this one. No value here. read more

Miguel was a life saver. We had a cleaning emergency overnight and I called him first thing in the morning and he said would schedule us for the next day. I explained our situation and said he would see if he could squeeze us in for the day. Later in the morning he called to let me know he could squeeze us in and would be at our house in the afternoon to get our carpet cleaned. I purchased a LivingSocial voucher for $125 - the voucher was good for up to 2000 square feet, not including stairs. Stairs were an additional $30. When I called to make my appointment, scheduling wasn't difficult and services were readily available. I scheduled my appointment for 8:30am and Miguel arrived promptly at 8:32am ready to work. We had moved most of the furniture into rooms that didn't need cleaned, leaving a couch set upstairs and a couch set downstairs. I stated that my daughter and I would move the couches once a carpet area had been cleaned. To my surprise, Miguel was kind enough to move both sets by himself. Outstanding work ethics. It took about 45 minutes to clean my carpets (don't have 2000 sq. ft.) and about 5 hours for my carpets to dry. Thank you Miguel for your impeccable work ethics and my dirt-less carpets. He did a great job on most of the stains and was really fast. He thought I was quoted $200, but I paid them $300. The cleaner showed up on time and did the job in about 40-50 mins for a good price. There was a stain on the carpet and I'd think they'd do something to help me get rid of it - nope, they put in no effort other than using their standard carpet cleaning equipment they used everywhere. They also offered no additional service/help to help me get rid of the stain and simply said they couldn't get rid of it. In contrast, when I called a different place they asked me about the carpet condition and any stains before they gave me a quote. The business seems to run on the principle of being cheap and high volume. It's good if you want a simple refresh of the carpet, your time is limited, and your carpet is in a great condition overall, but if you have anything other than that you might want to reconsider if you want good results. Also my carpet took about 2 days to dry completely with all windows open, which makes me question the quality of the equipment they use. read more
