They were amazing. They evaluated my current system, which is also integrated into an AV system, wrote up a proposal which I accepted. The system they installed is amazing. I have never had as good a WiFi system in terms of strength of signal, speed and reliability. As important, this Smart Start does what they say they will do without any surprises. They call when they say they will call, show up for appointments on time and really back up their services. In my case there has been nothing to do, since their system is working perfectly, but Smart Start Network has followed up a couple of times in the first 30 days after installation to make sure I was 100% satisfied. If you have a WiFi system you want installed, or have an existing system you would like upgraded I would highly recommend Smart Start Network. The fellow that runs the shop is Dave and they can be reached at 1-631-728-1989. They quoted me between $75.00 and $135.00 to download Windows 10 onto my laptop. The price varies upon the amount of time needed access files, manually access data, etc. He spent over 1.5 hours with me discussing the computer, the industry, showing me the advances in computer electronics. Anyway. He called today and stated that the downloading was a lot easier and quicker then he anticipated so the cost is $75.00.
