Once we were back, the nurse, who I wish I knew the name of, was absolutely wonderful. She was so good with my 5 year old. Listened to everything he said, checked on us several times, and complimented me for raising such a wonderful child. We came in for strep throat and she took such good care of us!! Dr. Anderson was funny, kind, explained things well, seemed concerned and gave us great care! And a shout out to the front desk ladies!!! They deal with so much! But they kept us up to date with time frames and such! And the other patients in the clinic were surprisingly so friendly! There weren't many of us but when we got called back, all the moms cheered for us! My son was so patient. I would recommend coming here over Mercy anyday!

But I was surprised to find a well organized system lead by a nurse Tiffany. She was multitasking, checking people in, taking history from patients and getting vitals. She had the room wee organized and under comtrol. The Nurse Practioner who saw me was very knowledgeable, polite, caring. Around noon, I started feeling extremely sick--hot, nauseous, and constantly in and out of the bathroom. Since I don't get off work until 7:30 PM, I booked a 7:40 PM appointment, which was perfect. I arrived on time for my 7:40 PM appointment, but as soon as I walked in, the receptionist, Sunshine, was already giving me an attitude, rolling her eyes as she asked for my first and last name. When I provided it, she immediately asked for my insurance. I told her I had been to this clinic multiple times and should be in the system, but she refused to look me up. Instead, she falsely claimed my insurance was expired and kept pushing me to reschedule, despite me clearly feeling unwell. It got to the point where I didn't even care about using my insurance anymore--I was willing to pay out of pocket just to be seen. But then she claimed they couldn't take Apple Pay, and their card machine wasn't working, making it impossible for me to pay. At that point, it felt like she was doing everything she could to turn me away. You could tell she was possibly mad because she wanted to get out on time, which is completely unacceptable when working in healthcare. She continued to exchange rude comments, refused to help me, and even threatened to call law enforcement just because I insisted on being seen. At 7:52 PM--while I was still inside--she claimed they were closed, even though my appointment was at 7:40 PM and their posted hours say they close at 8:00 PM. After leaving, I had an anxiety attack and had to call 911. My mom arrived before the cops and rushed me to the ER, which ended up being a much more expensive visit that I was trying to avoid. At the ER, I was diagnosed with the flu and had a 103°F fever. I will never return to this clinic due to the way I was treated. No one seeking medical help should be met with hostility, especially while feeling sick. I hope others read this and think twice before coming here.

I was trying to get an independent drug screen that was not through an employer or school, and the process was unnecessarily difficult from start to finish. First, the Labcorp website does not clearly explain how to order an independent drug test or provide many options. I tried calling this location multiple times, but nobody ever answered the phone. Because of that, I went in person hoping the staff could help me. Unfortunately, the staff was very rude and unhelpful. They kept telling me to check in at the kiosk, even after I explained several times that I did not have an order yet, which meant I couldn't even complete the check-in process. They didn't listen or try to understand the issue. I even showed them the Labcorp website and explained the problem, but instead of helping, they just told me to "call Labcorp again." After doing more research myself, I eventually discovered that you actually have to use RequestATest.com to order an independent drug test and have it sent to Labcorp. None of the staff seemed to know this information. By the time I finally got everything figured out, more than 40 minutes had passed and they had stopped accepting drug tests for the day. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Poor communication, rude customer service, and lack of knowledge made an already confusing process much worse. If you need an independent drug test, I strongly recommend researching RequestATest first before going to this location.

No other lab has EVER asked me why I want it done the way I want it done. Until today. And its not as if a butterfly is more expensive to use, so why keep asking me why I want it done that way. Just do it.
