I wish I could give zero stars because they are 10/10 would not recommend.
I needed 10 shirts made for my class and upon searching for a company I came across Dlux Printing. I walked into the store between the 6th or 7th of November 2024 and discussed what was needed while also providing an email to include the design and extra images I wanted on the shirts. On November 12th, I received an email with the "mock-up" and with one minor change I approved it the same day. After three days of silence, I reached out via email to see if any progress was made to which they said the design was turned over to be printed on the shirts. November 19th, I received an invoice for the shirts and found out after responding to the email that they were ready for pick up. The next day I went into the store to find four of the shirts to be the incorrect color. It was at this moment that I was informed that "the type of shirt does not come in the color you requested". After a small discussion and paying $294.86(full price), they agreed to reprint the shirts with the correct color to be picked up on November 25th. Once again I hadn't heard from the company in a few days so I called and was told again that they were having difficulty finding the color requested and that they could get a similar color done by today (December 02nd). Upon arriving to the store, I was told that the shirts were not even made yet. Their customer service is very poor to the point where you have to either call or go into the store to receive an update and learn that they are having difficulties fulfilling your order in the time frame discussed. read more
