The staff at Amy's Hallmark store in Cordova Mall are always available and helpful when needed. You…read morenever have to worry about staff hovering over you while shopping. However, they are close and available when needed. The only issue is that they need to reopen one of the three locations that closed in Pensacola or open one in the northern part of Santa Rosa County. I shopped a lot more for cards and products when the other locations were open. Going to the mall is great when looking for other items, but when in need of a specific Hallmark item, it's troublesome always going to the mall.
