Rarely do they greet you or offer help and if you do ask for help it appears that you are bothering them. This past week I have been in the shoe department four times and I have never been approached by an employee. Actually that is not true yesterday while standing by an employee for a couple of minutes, as he shuffled and arranged boxes, he asked if I was finding the size I needed. When I told him no, he said "those are the sizes we have." This is great store, great merchandise, but management needs to sell the importance of customer service to their employees.
