Me: "perhaps but I just had a few questions fir.. **interrupts** Karen: "We use regular paraffin herbal infused ear cones" (she sounds annoyed so I skip the other question I had) (at this point her cold way of speaking told me I am not going here) Me: What is your name ma'am? Karen: Karen. Me: Do you perform treatments Karen? Karen: Yes I said thank you for your time and hung up. My mother and aunt are both massage therapists and I have worked in spas and salons in the past. This is literally the opposite of how to grow a client base. Please...somebody tell me I am wrong and the place is wonderful...Maybe there are nice calming personalities there? Otherwise my search continues because I felt stress just from trying to book at this place. I go out of my way to make sure people are comfortable and all questions are answered in my field of work. Let me just say that my recovery so much more tolerable thanks to Margaret (Maggie)! I made several appointments with her while I was in town. I wish I could bring her back to Texas with me. The spa was very relaxing and very modern. The office staff was very kind and especially accommodating to my schedule. The ONLY reason for the lack of 5 stars was that my undressing and dressing time was deducted from my massage time. I am accustomed to getting a 60 minute massage for 60 minutes, not 45. I got my first ever gel manicure today by Michelle and she was awesome and paid attention to every detail. Sam explained to me how to care for gel nails.
