When I called to make an appointment, I let them know I was a first-time customer for them. I was warmly welcomed and given an appointment that worked with my schedule for the next day. When I got there I checked in on Yelp and was so excited to see a 10% off coupon for first-time customers. That excitement was quickly deflated when I was advised that they were not honoring it any more and they have asked Yelp to take it down but they haven't. Unfortunately, this was where they lost a star in my rating. :( Despite that, the experience was very relaxing, calm & professional. We didn't feel rushed at all, which I really liked. On this visit, we splurged on a mani pedi for both myself and my daughter. We were both very pleased with not only their care and service in our experience but with the overall appearance of our nails. We'll see how long it lasts. We loved the welcoming positive vibe and professional staff. We'd definitely come back. There's a frequent customer card where after 10 visits you'll get $10 off your service. Be sure ask for it on your way out.

I arrived early 10:30am for a fill in on a set of nails that were 3 weeks old & holding on for dear life. I had French Ombre done at another salon that was chunky, uneven and there was a solid contrasting line between the white & pink. I feel like he could tell the job was super poor so instead of just a fill in; he completely filed them off and rebuilt my nails from scratch. Precision was everything. I felt like my nails were going through a surgery. Every nail was cared for with such great attention to detail; it doesn't matter what direction I turn my hand these nails are straight & shaped beautifully! I got French ombre again with fire flames design. Check out the pictures; they're perfect! He really cared about every nail matching. Even the flames all sway together in unison. I accepted a neck massage, 10 min for $10, because once he started there was no way I could say no! He paid attention to a knot in my back that felt incredible. Getting my nails done & getting a massage was the peak of the experience. I thought, why don't other salons EVER offer massages? Such a smart add on. Two other women accepted massages simply because it was offered! I loved it. I felt so pampered. The salon was clean, they use vacuums to brush away the file debris. I didn't get a pedicure but it's on the list for next time. I'd be interested in a foot massage. I'm super impressed by the service & with that they've gained another regular. Thanks guys!

My nieces have been dying to get their nails done with me and although I already am sporting a new set from my girl, I decided to grab a pedicure with them. The salon was able to fit us all in and was super patient with my nieces. Especially when the older one couldn't make up her mind between a pedicure and manicure. The salon and services itself were great. Nice and clean. The color selection looked solid and they several design offerings displayed. Now I have to get butterflies my next manicure. The pedicure itself, although basic and was perfect. I also got my eyebrows done and both ran me $35. Not too bad at all! I would totally visit with my sister and nieces again for both services. I got there right after opening. It's a big and open salon and it's very clean. I was taken right away. From the moment I sat in the chair I was very comfortable! I decided to treat myself to a spa pedicure instead of a regular one. After looking over their spa options, I went with a cucumber pedicure. The smell of cucumber was relaxing and fresh. The nail tech that did my pedicure was wonderful. Continued to ask if the water temperature was okay and even asked if I liked the color on my toenails after she applied it to one toe. Very considerate! I would definitely return to this nail salon when I'm in need!
