Brought my daughter in to get her lashes done, she saved her own money and paid 160 for a full set. She came home and her eyes were very irritated and I could see the glue on her skin. As the day and night went on her eyes continued to hurt and burn. Within 2 days all the lashes were gone. When I called luxurious lash they pretty much said there was nothing they could do. That was a big disappointment after spending that kind of money and only getting 2 days out of the lashes. Also found out after the fact that instead of being given the girl we requested we were given a new girl . We requested the girl we wanted because she was revered by others this girl got glue all over my daughters lash line and caused her pain and to lose all the lashes . read more

I have been a long time customer. However, I missed my ferry to get home, and needed to reschedule my appointment, that's when I was told I would need to pay $75 dollars to re-book. I love the owner and Emily is amazing with lashes, but that's insane. Next time that needs to be made clear to anyone booking. i think they make stuff up as they go along. Over priced. I've spent the same or less on fuller & better quality lashes. Lost a bunch of lashes 3 days later even though I take of my lashes perfectly. I asked for cat eye which the girl didn't even know what that meant. She put longer lashes in my inner corner? Not sure how you are a lash tech but don't know what cat eye means. On top of that I needed to ask her to not press so heavily on my eye ball more than once! All she said was "ok". They should pre test you with the glue to see if you get a reaction, before you spend over $100. About 17 lashes came off in my sleep, I slept on my back. My eyes were irritated so I used Vaseline and took the rest off. Sorry, but I didn't see them scrubbing their hands in between clients. The bathroom was not clean, either. read more

I ve gone to this lash salon for over a year. Shanique was always professional and talented. I was always always happy with results she left the salon. although I was still able to schedule a fill with her online ? Please tell a customer someone left !! I go in (a week ago) thinking to see Shanique and the girl whos chair is by the register said she is gone and will do my fill. I have never felt Shame and embarrassment like I did that day. i had a little eyeliner left over after I washed my lashes night before and that very morning . she asked if I clean my lashes at all?? but like so out loud all of salon can hear . friggin of course I do. I shower every day. and also wash and brush my lashes will lash cleaner . I never put mascara in. what's the point if you get lashes ? . I do use liner on bottom of eye and very little sometimes gets up on top liner part of eye near lash line. . and obviously a little was left that I couldn't see it was so little you couldn't see it without their special lamp they use. she shamed me out loud making me feel like shit kept repeating herself . I gave her a nice tip still .cost was $45 I gave her $34 tip. bc I had it already set aside for Shanique and I was so taken back and shocked.. but when leaving again she was like get better lash cleaner. again out loud. definitely so ruse . shanique never once treated me this way in year plus I've gone there ,never !!! I will never come back plus her lashes looked like a 5 year old girl lashes she didnt give me what I asked for. . hardly saw them. so short .. I used to rave about this place. I will be finding Shanique myself. Calling her directly she's the awesome one. never will be back. . read more
