I decided to write this review because I noticed that there was only other person that had the same…read morenegative frustrating experience dealing with Danny the owner of AS&B, even though our first meeting impression of him was very favorable. It was difficult getting hold of him through his answering services and or email as he would not answer for days. The shutters they installed was poorly manufactured and out of proportion with the top having 5 lovers and the bottom 6 leaving 7" blank top and bottom. After many emails he agreed with the supplier to remanufacture a correct set, which we are very pleased with the outcome. Danny never called to apologize, and it looks like he was sulking. Unfortunately, his work ethics leaves much to be desired.
